Terms and Conditions of Entry
THE COMPETITION
1, WIN A 4WD OR 2WD CAMPERVAN HIRE IN THE NORTHERN TERRITORY is a giveaway that runs
from February 1 – April 30, 2024.
2. Information on how to enter this competition and the prize form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
THE PROMOTER
3. “The Promoter” is Tourism Holdings Australia Pty Ltd. (Trading as Apollo Motorhome Holidays)

8398 8855. Tourism Holdings Australia Pty Ltd is the parent company of Apollo Motorhome Holidays.
4. Tourism Holdings Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time and
change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to any participant, if this is necessitated by
unforeseen circumstances beyond Tourism Holdings Australia Pty Ltd.’s reasonable control.
ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
5. The competition is open to all permanent residents of Australia over 18 years of age, but the driver
must be over 21 years of age with a full driver’s licence.
6. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
7. Employees and families of the Promoter or the prize suppliers or any of their agencies associated
with the Competition or Program are not eligible to enter. This includes a spouse, de-facto spouse,
parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption).
HOW TO ENTER
8. Entry to the competition is via the form located on https://www.apollocamper.com/be-
inspired/explore-australia/explore-northern-territory where entrants need to complete all mandatory
form fields to be eligible.
9. Entrants must provide the following personal details: first name, last name, email address and
postcode of where they live.

10. Upon entering the competition, entrants are consenting and opting-in to receive tourism related
content and marketing communications in the future from Tourism Holdings Limited (thl), Tourism
Northern Territory and their partners. Please see clause 22 of the terms and conditions for further
information about their privacy policies.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights
at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. Failure to comply with the above conditions or complete all fields required will deem the entry
invalid and no correspondence will be entered into.
THE PRIZE AND DETAILS OF PRIZE DRAW
13. There is one (1) prize to be won that can be redeemed in Australia. The valid entry selected from
the pool of entries will win a self-drive holiday in an Apollo 2WD or 4WD vehicle, valued at up to
$8000. This prize can be redeemed for either return or one way travel between our Alice Springs and
Darwin branches. (e.g. Alice Springs to Alice Springs, Darwin to Darwin, Darwin to Alice Springs or
Alice Springs to Darwin).
14. Please note that the prize is for the campervan hire component only. All fuel costs, campsite fees,
flights, transport/transfers to and from the airports, tolls, travel insurance, security deposits and
personal expenditure are not included in the prize and must be covered by the winners. Travel
insurance is not included in the prize, and we strongly recommend it is taken by the winners before
travel. This is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations or
redeemed for cash. The winners will be required to present their credit card upon checking in at their
selected branch.
15. All vehicles are subject to availability at the time of booking. Availability of this prize cannot be
guaranteed during peak periods such as school holidays or special event periods. The campervan hire
is subject to standard Rental Terms & Conditions. The prize-winner will be required to sign a liability
waiver form to accept the prize. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or
other issues that may exist in transit or at any destination.
16. The prize listed above is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and
service providers and the winner(s) agree that The Promoter cannot be held liable for any breaches of
these Terms and Conditions. No element of the prize is transferable, and no element of the prize can
be redeemed for cash. Winners of the prize should seek independent financial advice about any tax
implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
17. In participating in the competition, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in
all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed,
filmed for broadcast, and photographed. The winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and
non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner
(and his/her companion(s)) will not be entitled to any fee for such use. The Promoter may, for an

indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity,
research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to the entrant. Entrants
should direct any request to opt out, access, update, or correct information to the Promoter. All
entries become the property of the Promoter.
18. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the participating prize providers, if for any reason the
winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize
(or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
WINNER
19. The Prize (as defined in 13.) will be awarded at random from entries submitted. The winner will be
notified by the Promoter via email.
20. The Promoter may select additional reserve entries in the case an invalid entry or ineligible
entrant is selected as a winner.
21. A selected winner has 3 business days to accept their Prize from the Promoter. In the event that
the selected winner does not accept their Prize within the given timeframe, a new winner will be
selected as defined in 19.

22. We are committed to protecting your privacy and information. By entering your details to enter
the competition you are agreeing to receiving tourism related content and marketing content from
Tourism Northern Territory and Tourism Holdings Ltd (thl) and their partners, and permit Tourism NT
and thl to use your personal data in accordance with their privacy policies.
