Move Your Way 2024 Survey Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and details on the prizes form part of these
Terms & Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of
these Terms & Conditions.
2. The promotion is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 who register to
participate in a Knox City Council (“the Promoter”) Move Your Way activity session from
the 12 th March 2024.
3. Entries open at 9am AEST on 12th March 2024 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 30 th March
2024 (“Promotional Period”).
4. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or participate. On completion and
submission of the survey, individuals are automatically entered into the competition for
a chance to win on the condition that they provide their contact information to be
contacted should they win this competition.
5. To enter, the individual must, during the Promotional Period, successfully complete
the online survey (“Move Your Way 2024 Survey Competition”).
6. Individuals who start the survey but do not submit it, will not be eligible to go into the
draw to win a prize.
7. Each participant can enter only once (by completing the survey).
8. The total prize pool is values at $50.00. The prizes are one (1) Westfield Gift Card valued
at $50.00.
9. This competition is a game of Chance.
10. On 2nd April 2024, each valid entry will be entered into a process of random selection.
11. The winning entry will be the entry that is selected at a random draw.
12. The winner will be advised of the outcome after the random draw.
13. The fulfillment of the prize and storage and use of information provided in survey
responses will be carried out in accordance with Knox City Council’s Privacy and Data
Protection Policy and Procedure.
14. The collection of personal affairs information as part of this promotion will only be used
for the purpose of running the competition.
15. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
16. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute
the prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised
intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the
fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend,
terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
18. Any cost associated with accessing the online survey is the entrant’s responsibility.
19. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of
the relevant courts sitting in Australian States and Territories.
