The ‘No.1 Roofing & Building Supplies TV Giveaway’ will be conducted by
No.1 Roofing & Building Supplies from 1st March,2024 - 12th April
2024, 11:59pm AEST.
• To enter this competition and be eligible for the prizes, you must either:
• Complete the online submission form with all details. Form will be available
online and via social media channels. To be eligible for giveaway form must
be completed between 01/03/24-12/04/24.
• Bonus entries can also be gained by following No.1 Roofing on either
Facebook or Instagram
OR
• Automatic entry upon in-store purchase of the below DOWSIL™ sealant
product during the promotion period. One entry will be given for every item
purchased.
• Bonus entries will also be given if online form is completed, and purchase is
made
• Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms.
• Each entrant is responsible for notifying No.1 Roofing & Building Suppliesof any
changes to his/her email, address, during and after the Competition Period.

• Entry is open to QLD, VIC, ACT & NSW residents only and must be aged 18
years & over as well as comply with any entry restrictions specified in these terms.
• Entrants are eligible to win one of 10 55inch Smart Televisions. Therefore the
competition will result in 10 x winners overall.
• The Competition is a game of chance and each validly submitted entry will enter
the draw to be randomly selected by No.1 Roofing & Building Supplies, as the
Competition winner.
• No.1 Roofing & Building Supplies will use randomdraws.com.au to randomly
select the ten winners.
• The draw will take place at 9:00 am AEST, on the 16th of April 2024, at 1 Warraba
Road, North Narrabeen, NSW, 2101, with an independent scrutineer present to
observe the draw.
• The ten winners will be notified separately via the email that was provided on their
order or online submission on the 16th of April 2024 by No.1 Roofing & Building
Supplies, after the draw has taken place.
• The winners will have 48 hours from 16th of April 2024 to accept their prize,
otherwise, the prize will go to another entrant.
• If any prizes are unclaimed by the 12:00pm, on the 19th of April 2024, a redraw
will take place on the 19th of April at 1:00pm, using randomdraws.com.au to
randomly select the new winners. The redraw will take place at 1 Warraba Road,
North Narrabeen, NSW, 2101, with an independent scruitneer present to observe
the redraw.
• It is up to all entrants to check their spam/junk folder in case the winning
notification has been delivered to these folders.
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prizes or any element of
the prizes cannot be exchanged for any other prize/s.
• The prize will be given to the winners by delivery to their preferred address.

individual who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in

to, adversely affect the fair and proper conduct of the Competition or is
generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of No.1 Roofing & Building

• No.1 Roofing & Building Supplies reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at
any time before the awarding of the prizes to cancel or vary a competition, or
cancel, vary, or withdraw its prizes. If No.1 Roofing & Building Supplies cancels or
varies a competition, or cancels, varies, or withdraws its prizes, is not:
a) Liable to any person for any costs, loss or damage
whatsoever arising out of, or in
connection with, such cancellation, variation, or
withdrawal; or
b) Required to conduct the Competition at any other time.
• The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incorrectly submitted or
misdirected entries, for any technological malfunction or failure, Internet traffic
congestion, or for outdated or incorrect contact details by which the entrant cannot
be contacted during business hours on relevant dates.
• Any information or material provided by entrants to No.1 Roofing & Building
Supplies when entering the competition will be used by the promoter for the
purpose of promoting the purpose of the Competition, conducting the Competition,
administering the prizes, and as otherwise specified in these Terms. The
