How to enter:

To enter the competition Panthers Group members simply need to swipe their membership card when purchasing any LION product (full listing can be found in the terms and conditions), from one of our on-site bars to be in the running for this prize!

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants
agree to be bound by these conditions. Entrants must comply with these conditions to be eligible to
enter.
2. Entry is open to residents of NSW who are 18 years and over and who are current full financial
members of Panthers Bathurst, 132 Piper Street, Bathurst, NSW, 2795. Employees and their
immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and venues associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter. This is a member’s only promotion and is club wide.
3. The promotion commences at 10:00am AEST on 25/03/2024 and closes at 6.00pm AEST
19/04/2024. (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter, you must:
A. Swipe a members card and purchase a schooner of either Toohey’s New, Toohey’s Old, Hahn
Super Dry, Hahn 3.5, Hahn Light or XXXX Gold (1 entry per 2x schooners)
B. Swipe a members card and purchase a pint of either Toohey’s New, Toohey’s Old, Hahn Super
Dry, Hahn 3.5, Hahn Light or XXXX Gold (2 entries per 1x pint)
C. Swipe a members card and purchase a jug of either Toohey’s New, Toohey’s Old, Hahn Super Dry,

D. Swipe a members card and purchase a tower of either Toohey’s New, Toohey’s Old, Hahn Super

5. Promotion host will virtually draw the 3 (three) winners of this promotion.
6. The winners will be contacted within 3 (three) working days of the draw via telephone, email or
mail.
7. There are 3 (three) prizes to be won as part of this promotion.
The prize consists of:
A. Four Corporate Box tickets with Food and Beverage package to the Panthers vs Bulldogs game on
Friday 10/05/2024 at BlueBet Stadium, Cnr Mulgoa Rd and Ransley St, Penrith NSW 2750. For

8. Each ticket is valued at $250. Each prize is valued at $1,000. Therefore, total prize pool is valued
$3,000.
9. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no
correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to
receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of
technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then
the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify,
cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
10. The winner is responsible for any additional fees and taxes.
11. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s
control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the
Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners
will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize
has been substituted at equal or greater value.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result
of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to
the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of
winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion.
Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter; whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the
right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information,
conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is involved in any way in interfering or
tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
14. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they
are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of
promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

16. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would
breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor license relating to
the Code of Practice for Responsible Service of Alcohol. The promoter supports the responsible
service of alcohol.
17. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for
the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including
local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for
promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to
the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or
disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and
