We're trying to develop our content filtering and recommendation algorithm in Australia.

We're therefore crowdsourcing your support to help train our models to ensure we're only accepting high quality sport activities and ranking them accordingly.




Terms and conditions
1. Introduction

Welcome to the "PlaySport Pulse" competition, accessible via https://playsport.com/competition/pulse-au-apr ("Website"). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that they meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.
2. Eligibility

This competition is open only to Australian citizens aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period

The competition commences on April 01, 2024, at 12:00 am AEDT and concludes on April 30, 2024, at 11:59:59 pm AEDT ("Competition Period"). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter

- Entrants must visit the Website during the Competition Period and follow the instructions to enter.
- Entrants can vote up to 50 times per day to gain entries.
- Each vote constitutes a single entry; multiple entries are permitted up to the daily limit.
5. Prize

- One winner will be selected at random at the end of the Competition Period to receive a prize of $1,000 AUD, payable by digital Mastercard.
6. Winner Selection and Notification

- Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries.
- Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw and must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize.
- Failure to respond within this timeframe, or inability to accept the prize, may result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions

- This competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
8. Liability

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
9. Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and prize fulfillment. Entrants may receive marketing materials from the Promoter, from which they can unsubscribe at any time.
10. Jurisdiction

This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
