    This competition (“Competition”) is promoted by Moissanite Pty Ltd (ABN 95 088 977 164) trading as Moi Moi Fine Jewellery, of Level 2, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
    Entry is open to all residents of Australia over 18 years of age. Employees and their immediate families of Moi Moi Fine Jewellery are not eligible to enter.
    The competition opens on 22/03/2024 and closes on 30/04/2024 at midnight (“Entry Period”). All times and dates are in Sydney which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date.
    The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
    This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram.

ENTRY

    To enter, an entrant must sign up for the Moi Moi newsletter, by submitting their First Name, Last Name and Email address to the competition form at https://www.moimoi.com.au/about/20th-year-celebration/.
    Participants may enter the competition once only. If you are already a subscriber, you can still enter.
    Invalid or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
    Each valid entrant who has entered the Competition, during the Entry Period will be entered into the prize draw for that Competition period.
    All entries become the property of the Promoter.
    By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Moi Moi Fine Jewellery. Entrants may unsubscribe from these emails at any stage by following the instructions in the marketing emails’ footer.

PRIZE

    The eligible entrant who is chosen to win will receive an Aubrey Radiant 10×8 SUPERNOVA Moissanite Ring. Set in 18K White Gold, 4.40tcw, valued at RRP$4790 inc GST.
    The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, nor is the prize redeemable for cash.
    The prize does not include shipping or delivery costs. All other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.

WINNER

    The winner will be randomly drawn by Moi Moi Fine Jewellery at the end of the Entry Period.
    The winners will be notified in writing via email and published on Instagram @moimoifinejewellery within 2 days of the draw.
    Should the notification email to the winner bounce or be undeliverable, and the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, then the Promoters have a right to draw another winner.
    The winners must collect their prize at the Moi Moi Fine Jewellery store. Level 2, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, or at our Melbourne store at Shop 9c, 271 Collins Street Melbourne, by 30th July 2024. If the winner cannot come to the store, they may elect to have the prize posted to them for a postage fee.
    If the prizes are not collected by 30th July 2024, then Moi Moi Fine Jewellery has the right to their discretion, to choose another winner who will then have one month from notification to collect the prize.
    All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
