Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these
conditions to be valid.
How do I enter the competition?
1. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia who are 18 years and over.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (Newcastle Knights) and
Sponsors (Reflections Holidays & Hunter Travel Group), its agencies and venues
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 09.00 AEST on Monday 6 October 2025 and closes at
11.59 AEST on Sunday 14 December 2025.
4. To enter, entrants must join or renew as a financial 2026 nib Newcastle Knights
Member (excluding Red and Knights Youth Co. Members) during the Promotional
Period to receive an automatic virtual entry. Limit applies of one entry per person.
How is the winner of the competition being chosen?
5. This is a game of chance. A prize draw will take place on Monday 15 December 2025
by a nib Newcastle Knights representative and will be contacted by a nib Newcastle
Knights representative. Prize winners do not need to be present at the draw in order to
claim the prize. Once the draw has taken place entries will be removed and will not be
valid for subsequent draws.
6. Two winners will be selected as the prize winner. The first individual drawn will have
the choice of the below prizes. The second individual drawn will receive the prize not
selected by the first prize winner. The prize options consist of the following:

Reflections Holidays Golden Ticket is valid for 12 months from 1st January 2026. Each
stay must be a consecutive 5 nights in the same accommodation and is for new
bookings only. Bookings are subject to availability and blackout dates apply, including
the Easter, October and Australia Day long weekends, peak period from 25 December
2025 to 10 January 2026 and 25 December 2026 to 10 January 2027. The prize is non-
transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any

7. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize
are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and all guests must be 18 years and
over. Winner and all guests will be refused service of alcohol, entry and be removed
from the lounge if deemed intoxicated. The Promoter is not responsible for delivering
prizes to winners. Winners must collect the prize from the Participating Venue where
they entered the Promotion.
How will I know I have won?
8. Winners will be notified by phone within forty-two (42 hours) of the draw via the
nominated phone number provided.
9. The Promotor’s take no responsibility for any details that are incorrectly entered.
10. The winner of each prize will be announced on the nib Newcastle Knights membership
website
