TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE PROMOTER:
The promoter is CPT Manager Limited (ABN 12 054 494 307) as owner of Centro Pinelands located at Cnr Beenleigh and Pinelands Rd, Sunnybank Qld .
HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants will receive one entry into the weekly prize draw for every $10 or more spent (in one transaction) from any specialty retailer and $30 or more spent (in one transaction) at Coles at Centro Pinelands. The promotional periods and prize draw dates and times are as follows:
 Entries received from 9am 17/11/2010 to 12pm 26/11/2010 will be drawn at 1pm on 26/11/2010.
 Entries received from12.01pm 26/11/2010 to 12pm 3/12/2010 will be drawn at 1pm on 3/12/2010.
 Entries received from 12.01pm 3/12/2010 to 12pm 10/12/2010 will be drawn at 1pm on 10/12/2010.
 Entries received from 12.01pm 10/12/2010 to 12pm 17/12/2010 will be drawn at 1pm on 17/12/2010
The weekly prize will consist of ONE $1,000 VISA Gift Card. At the conclusion of each promotional period (i.e. 12pm on 26/11/2010, 3/12/2010, 10/12/2010 and 17/12/2010 ) all entry forms will be removed from the entry barrel and those entries will not be eligible for the following weekly prize draws.
To be valid, each entry must have a receipt attached from a participating Centro Pinelands retailer. Receipts can not be added together and must be dated within the specified promotional periods listed above. Medical bills (such as, but not limited to, doctor, dental, physiotherapy, chiropractic and pathology) are not accepted as part of this competition. Bill payments (such as, but not limited to credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges and service bills e.g. rent, gas, electricity, rates and phone bills) are also not accepted as part of this competition.
Each entry must consist of the entrant’s name, address and phone number on an official entry form as detailed above within the promotional period. Entrants must be 18 years or over. Entries are invalid if a valid receipt is not attached, if illegible, forged, mutilated, copied or tampered with in any way or do not comply with the Promoters Terms & Conditions. The receipt must be an original receipt from a Centro Pinelands retailer (reprinted receipts will not be accepted).
Centre Management, retailers and staff, contractors, agencies of Centro Pinelands and their immediate family members including parents, siblings, spouses, children and grandparents are not eligible to claim the prize. The winner of each weekly draw will be the first valid entry form drawn at the Centre Management office located at 34 Coonan Street Indooroopilly QLD 4068.
The winner will be notified by telephone and must present themselves to the Centre Management Office located at 34 Coonan Street Indooroopilly and provide valid photo identification (e.g. Driver’s Licence, Passport, 18+ Card etc) to the Promoter’s satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize. Each prize winner must acknowledge receipt of the prize by signing the Promoter’s ‘Prize Receipt’ form.
If despite every reasonable effort the winner of the prize cannot be contacted, the prize will be retained for 3 months. At the end of the 3 months, being 17/03/2011, a redraw will be conducted at 9am at Centre Management offices, 34 Coonan St Indooroopilly. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner of the prize is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the conduct of the promotion or otherwise. The prize winner agrees to provide information and allow themselves to be photographed for marketing and publicity use by the Promoter if requested. The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in anyway from the use of the prizes or the conduct of the promotion. The prize winner must, on demand, indemnify and keep indemnified, the Promoter, its subsidiaries, employees, advisers and agents against all claims, losses, damage, costs and expenses reasonably or lawfully suffered or incurred by the Promoter by reason of any loss, damage or injury incurred by the Promoter arising out of this promotion. The information collected from each entry form will be used to notify the winners of the promotion and for internal market research and marketing communications by Centro Properties Group.
