1. Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years who have, a mysubaru.com.au login and/or receive a hard copy of Symmetry Magazine or subscribe to the online version Symmetry Magazine - eSymmetry.
2. Employees and their immediate families of Subaru (Aust) Pty Limited (the “Promoter”), its agencies associated with this promotion and fleet or government buyers are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion starts 12.00 pm 15/07/2010 and closes 5.00 pm 15/10/2010.
4. There are three ways to enter the draw with a maximum of three entries per person. i) Receive one entry for logging into mysubaru.com.au using your Customer ID (CRM ID); ii) Receive one bonus entry for completing the My Subaru Survey; iii) Receive one bonus entry by indicating your preference to switch across from receiving a hard copy of Symmetry magazine to the online version - eSymmetry by selecting the eSymmetry preference check box (Note: If you already subscribe to eSymmetry as at 15/07/2010 you cannot receive the third entry). Upon carrying out one or more of the above activities you will automatically be entered into the draw.

6. The draw will take place at 12pm on 22/10/10 (“Draw Date”) at Anisimoff Legal - Suite 1, Level 1, 34 Chandos Street, St. Leonards NSW 2065.
7. The Prize Winners’ name will be published in The Australian on 29/10/10. Prize winner will also be contacted by telephone and notified in writing.
8. A draw for the prize if it remains unclaimed may take place on 21/01/11 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing.
9. The Prize is provided with a manufacturer’s warranty. Any and all claims regarding the fitness for purpose, quality, use and operation of the Prize should be directed to the manufacturer. The Promoter makes no warranties as to the fitness for purpose or merchantable quality of the Prize and accepts no responsibility for any defect with the Prize. Prize winner is responsible for any installation and set up of Prize.
10. The Promoter will use its best endeavours to provide the Prize as listed. If the Prize or a portion of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter will at its absolute discretion, where possible, provide an alternative prize or portion of the prize of equivalent value.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or issue arising due to technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion, or any combination thereof, or any other reason beyond its control.
12. The Promoter requires the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of conducting this competition. Unless the entrant indicates otherwise, the Promoter will also use such information to provide the entrant with communications that the Promoter feels may be of interest to them. In order to do this, the Promoter may share the entrant’s details with its service providers who are contract-bound to protect the entrant’s privacy. The entrant may contact the Promoter to seek access to information it holds about the entrant. A entrant who does not wish to receive communications from the Promoter can contact the Promoter.
