Terms and Conditions
1.
Entry to the competition is open to all persons except employees of Knox Shopping Centre and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved with the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means lessees, licensees and in the case of a corporation, their directors.

Entry to the competition is open to Victorian residents only.
3.
Customers must purchase a $50 Knox Shopping Centre gift voucher between 9am Monday 23 August and 5pm Sunday 5 September 2010 from the Customer Service Desk to receive an entry form.
4.
There is a limit of one entry per person per day.
5.
The prize includes a Summit Outdoor Shed valued at $2589 and a Storage Box With Seat valued at $199 from the outstore.
6.
The prize is not redeemable or refundable for cash or other goods or services.
7.
The winner will be drawn randomly at Knox Shopping Centre Management, Level 7, Knox Tower at 11.00am on Tuesday 7 September 2010 and notified by phone.

Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions.

No further correspondence will be entered into.
10.
The winner is required to visit Knox Shopping Centre Management to show proof of identity. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s home address.
11.
Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name for marketing purposes.

Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.
