Authorised under NSW Permit LTPM/10/00120 ACT Permit Number TP 10/0060. Competition commences on 6/9/2010 at 09.00 and closes on 3/10/10 at 23:00 EST. There will be 14 winners in total, drawn separately each week (on a Monday) at 12 noon and announced the next working day (see page 2 for more details). The winners will be drawn at the premises of Independent Digital Media. The total prize value is $2,807. The winners will be notified by email. 2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged eighteen or over.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, directors,
management, related companies, retailers, suppliers and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. You must sign up to the Younger You Newsletter to enter.
6. You must accurately fill in your details in order to enter the “Younger You Spring Clean” competition. You are required to be a member to enter. You are required to leave your name, a daytime/mobile phone number, postal address and email address. When you enter, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate form. You acknowledge that if any inaccurate information is provided by you, your entry will be deemed invalid. You must provide a valid email address and remain a Younger You subscriber at least until the end of the promotion.
7. Competition begins 6/9/10 at 9.00AM EST and closes 3/10/10 at 23.00 EST. The winners will be drawn at the premises of Independent Digital Media, 62 – 64 Riley St, East Sydney, NSW 2010 (ABN 93 082 246 384)
at 12noon each Monday following the close of the competition the previous week. The winners will be notified by email on the next working day (see page 2 for more details).
Unclaimed prize draw for all unclaimed prizes will take place 14/12/2010 at 12noon. The winners will be drawn at the premises of Independent Digital Media, 62 – 64 Riley St, East Sydney, NSW 2010 (ABN 93 082 246 384). The winners will be notified by email on the dates below.
From all valid and eligible entries, winners will be selected at random and each will receive a prize corresponding to the day they entered.

Prize Restrictions:
The prize is strictly non transferable, not redeemable for cash or exchange.
The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The Promoters will not be responsible if the prizes or any part of the prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control. In the event of such cancellation, re-scheduling or unavailability of the prizes, the Promoters will endeavor but are not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
9. All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. Parent or guardian may be called to verify consent and be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter.
10. The prize winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any marketing and promotional activity in relation to winning the prize, free of charge, and consent to the Promoter’s using their name and image in such promotional material.
11. The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoters assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition – subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
12. Independent Digital Media is collecting your personal information as set out in the competition entry form to process your competition entries. We may share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in running this competition and for the purpose of provision of prizes. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to the State lottery department and winner’s name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
