Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
•Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
•Entry is open from 15 August to December 15 to residents of Australia. Employees & immediate families of the Promoter & associated agencies & retailers are ineligible.
Multiple entries accepted. Entries must be completed online via www.orangepower.com.au or www.awareenvironmental.com.au and include the barcode numbers from two purchased Orange Power or AWARE specially marked products. Only correct online entries received by the close of business A.E.S.T (17:00) on December 15 will be included in the major prize draw. •Entrants must be over 18. •Proof of purchase for every entry submitted, in the form of a photocopy or original receipt, must be provided on Promoter’s request.
•There will be five major prize winners who will be notified by mail and telephone. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
•There will be two monthly prize winners for the months of September, October and November who will be notified by mail and telephone. Entries for monthly prize draw must be received according to the terms and conditions detailed below.
•By entering into the competition, entrants agree to have their details used by Orange Power, AWARE Environmental Ltd & Housework Heroes for future promotional activities including direct mail outs. Details will not be passed on to third parties.
•Major prize winners will be drawn at 3pm 16 December 2010 at random under independent scrutiny at Ignite PR & Marketing, 27 Caxton St, Petrie Terrace, QLD, 4000. Prize values are correct as at date of publication & the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize values. Total prize pool is valued at up to $6590.80. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
•Promoter, Housework Heroes or Pure&Green Organics are not liable for any loss/damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect/consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered/sustained, as a result of accepting any of the prizes or services , except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Major Prize
•Five major prizes to be won. Each major prize includes $1000 worth of cleaning services from Housework Heroes and a year’s supply of Orange Power and AWARE products (valued at $150.10).Each individual major prize is valued at $1150.10 with total major prize pool valued at $5750.50.Total combined prize pool including monthly prizes is $6590.80
•Major prize winners will be notified by phone and mail and all prize winners will be published on the websites

www.awareenvironmental.com.au and will be announced in The Australian newspaper on the 17/12/2010.
•Each major prize offered by Housework Heroes is to the total prize value of $1000. Once major prize winners have been determined Housework Heroes will contact the winners to organize cleaning services.
•The year’s supply of Orange Power and AWARE products will be delivered by Australia Post or courier to winners once the major prize winners have been decided.
•If there is a winner in any area where there is not a Housework Heroes franchise, affiliated company representatives will be used to deliver the cleaning package on behalf of Housework Heroes. In the event that the advertised package cannot be awarded due to circumstances out of our control the Promoter reserves the right to offer the winner an alternative cleaning prize of sufficient value. Subject to the relevant state authorities.
•The prize is valid for 12 months from date of the winner being notified with cleaning times and arrangements to be determined between the winner and Housework Heroes. The prize cannot be used at peak cleaning times as determined by Housework Heroes and affiliated companies. Prize must be claimed within three months.
Monthly Prizes
•Six prizes to be won in the months of September, October and November. All correct entries received online by eligible dates for monthly prize draw will be considered. To be eligible to enter monthly prize draws correct entries must be received by C.O.B. (A.E.S.T) September 30, October 31 and November 31.Two entries will be drawn each month at random at 3pm at Ignite PR& Marketing 27 Caxton St, Petrie Terrace, QLD 4000 on the beginning of each corresponding month October 1, November 1 and December 1.
•Three prize packs to be won: Orange Power and AWARE products valued at $150.10 each.
•Three prize packs of Pure & Green Organics gift packs valued at $130 each.
•One Orange Power and AWARE pack and one Pure & Green Organics pack to be given away for the months of September, October and November. September winners will be drawn October 1, October winners drawn November 1 and November winners December 1. Total monthly prize pool valued at $840.30
•Monthly prize winners will still be eligible to win major prizes.
•Prizes must be claimed within three months.
Redraws
If any prize is not claimed within three months there will be a redraw 16/03/11 at 3pm at Ignite PR & Marketing 27 Caxton St, Petrie Terrace, QLD 4000.
Winner of the redraw will be notified in writing and published in The Australian on the 18/03/11.
