THE GOOD FOOD CLUB NOVEMBER ISSUE PROMOTION
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, who join up to The Good Food Club research panel by completing the registration survey at
http://www.thegoodfoodclub.com.au/Join.aspx or members who are invited and complete a Good Food Club survey, during the promotional period.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. For the removal of doubt, an invalid entry consisting of a completed survey, may still be included for research purposes only.
To enter (a) new members must complete the registration survey available at
http://www.thegoodfoodclub.com.au/Join.aspx or (b) existing members of the club must fully complete a Good Food club survey to which they have been invited within the promotion period. Surveys must be fully completed and submitted onto online at the address mentioned on the survey. Each fully completed survey equals (1) entry into the draw conducted at the end of the promotional period. A survey can only be completed by each registered member once only.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) registration into The Good Food research panel Member Pool Draw permitted per person; (b) only (1) entry into the Survey Pool Draw per individual fully completed survey; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Promotion commences 11/10/2010 and entries close 11:59pm (AEST) on 30/01/2011. The draw will take place at 54-58 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 04/02/2011 at 2pm AEDST. Winners will be notified in writing using contact details provided in their membership/ survey. The winners name will also be published on
www.thegoodfoodclub.com.au on 14/02/2011. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first 3 valid entries drawn (in order) will win one of 3 Panasonic SD-257 Bread Makers, RRP $269.00.
The next 3 valid entries drawn (in order) will win one of 3 Panasonic NN-SF550W Inverter Microwaves, RRP $249.00
Total prize pool is valued at $1554.00. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Items included in the prize pack (including but not limited to colours, brands, designs, flavours etc) is determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 06/06/2011 2pm AEDST at the same place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners will be notified in writing using contact details provided in their membership/ survey. The winners name will also be published on
www.thegoodfoodclub.com.au on 13/06/2011.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
Entries remain the property of the Promoter and Panasonic Australia Pty Ltd. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the competition) and for promotional purposes surrounding this competition. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter and Panasonic Australia Pty Ltd may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter or Panasonic Australia Pty Ltd in writing.
