Selector Spring 2010 Subscribe and Win Terms & Conditions. The promoter is Australian Wine Selectors (AWS) Pty Ltd, ABN 64 056 402 772. 1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. Entry is only open to persons who are residents of Australia and who are 18 years of age or over (‘eligible persons’). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating sponsors associated with the Promotion and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. 3. To enter the promotion eligible persons must purchase a subscription to Selector Magazine and answer the specified question during the promotional period. Entry into the draw will be automatically recorded upon payment of subscription. 4. The competition runs from 12th of August 2010 until 1st of December 2010. The promoter’s decision concerning receipt is final. One entry only will be reviewed per subscription. An employee of Australian Wine Selectors Pty Ltd will select the winning entry at 2.30pm on Wednesday 8th December 2010 at Australian Wine Selectors, Wine Centre, Wright Lane, Newcastle. 5. All entries become the property of the promoter, Australian Wine Selectors Pty Ltd, Locked Bag 229, Hunter Region MC NSW 2310, and may be used in future marketing exercises. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. 6. The total prize value is approximately $3,199. The prize consists of the 130-bottle capacity Transtherm Vintec wine Cabinet 150SG. 7. The first entries chosen as ‘most creative’ will receive the prizes. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any change in value of the prize occurring between the writing of these conditions and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. 8. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw(s) at the same place as the original draw on 15th December 2010 at 2.30pm subject to Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). 9. The winners will be notified by phone and their prize sent to them.
