WIN A PORSCHE SPORT DRIVING SCHOOL EXPERIENCE
for two people at the Porsche Sport Driving School, plus three nights accommodation at Vibe Hotel on the Gold Coast and flights from the winner's closest capital city.
Terms and Conditions
1.Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2.Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3.To enter you must subscribe to WHEELS magazine either by sending in the coupon section from the October 2010 issue of WHEELS magazine and mail it to Magshop reply paid 4967 Sydney NSW 2001, or by subscribing on-line at
www.magshop.com.au/wheels. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any online entries not received due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason or any postal entries not received due to postal issues, strikes, congestion or for any other reason.
4.Promotion commences 15/09/2010 at 00.01(AEST) and promotion closes 20/10/2010 and all subscription payments must be received by 29/10/2010 at 11.59 AEST. The draw will take place at 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 3/11/2010 at 11.00am AEST. Winners will be notified by mail. Winners will have their names published in the Public Notices section of The Australian on 10/11/2010. Judges decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.Prizes must be taken as offered. There is no cash alternative. Prizes are not transferable. If exact products are not available, prizes of an equivalent value will be given, subject to any direction given by any relevant authorities or state.
6.Prize must be taken on Friday 10th- Saturday 11th December 2010. If the winner can not attend this date, the prize can be transferred to a friend or family member. If the member can not attend, the prize will be redrawn.
7.Prizes and values are as follows: The first valid entry drawn will WIN a Porsche Sport Driving School experience (level 1 precision program) for two people at the Porsche Mount Cotton Driving School valued at $1265 per person, three (3) nights accommodation in premium rooms at Vibe Hotel on the Gold Coast valued at $750.00. Flights from the winners closest capital city to Gold Coast on Qantas, valued at $2500.00 per person $5000 total. Porsche merchandise pack valued at $60 RRP, total $120.
8.Total Prize pool is $8400
9.Prizes do not include installation costs. All ancillary costs associated with redeeming this prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
10.The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place and time as the original draw as are necessary on 10/01/2011.
11.Only one prize per subscription will be awarded. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
12.In the event that the prize, or part of the prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various Lottery Departments.
13.The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late lost or misdirected mail (including but not limited to prizes).
14.The promoter is not responsible nor liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of their prize.
15.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under state permit regulation.
16.In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
17.Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
18.To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter including its officers, employees, and agents, excludes all liability (including negligence), for any loss or damage or personal injury, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation: (a) any technical difficulties; (b) entries or prize claims that are late, lost, damaged or misdirected prior to their receipt by the Promoter, or after receipt due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; and (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant.
19.Once prizes have left Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.
20.The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made. To facilitate your participation, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to other companies associated with this promotion. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address shown below.
21.Prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or part of this prize will result in immediate cancellation of the prize
22.In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
