• PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registrations will open on Monday 18/10/10 and remain open until Monday 15/11/10 (“Registration Period”). The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Registration Period at its own discretion.
PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Submissions will be judged between 16/11/10 and 21/11/10 and the 10 winners will be announced on Monday 22/11/10:

Entrants must be aged 18 years and over. Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Entry Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
METHOD OF ENTRY
Entrants will register their details in the competition application tab. Each contestant will upload 1 photo and write, in 25 words or less, why they chose that particular photo.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
JUDGING DETAILS
There will be one (1) judging period taking place between 16/11/10 and 21/11/10. Winners will be selected on their photo and answer to the question ‘Tell us in 25 words or less why you chose this photo’.
The winners will have successfully completed the entry and will be the 10 individuals whom the Promoter judges deem in their absolute discretion to have performed such task the best from all entries received. Judging criteria will be based on which photos and caption best represent the Springfree™ Trampolines values of Safety, Family, Innovation and Cheeky.
Winners will be notified by E-mail. If a contestant or winner is not successfully contacted in an email by the Promoter that person will be disqualified and a replacement winner will be selected by the Promoter. Once each winner is confirmed by email, each will be announced on the Springfree Trampoline wall.
PRIZE DETAILS
There will be ten (10) prizes.
Total prize pool is: 10 x SF40 Springfree Trampolines valued at $945 each (total $9,450).
• Delivery is valued at $70 and will be paid by the Promoter.
• Springfree™ Trampoline accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the winner or their guest in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
• Springfree™ Trampoline retains the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Springfree™ Trampoline reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions listed at any time without prior notice.
• Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
