1.This promotion is organised by Hawaiian Investments Pty Ltd ABN: 48 786 157 513 (‘Carillon City’) Ground Floor, 235 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.
2.To be entered into the draw, you must spend $20 or more at any of the 58 participating retailers listed below, log on to carilloncity.com.au and complete the registration form between 22 October and 11.59pm on 15 November 2010.

4.Employees and their immediate families of Carillon City and the agencies associated with this promotion, Carillon City retailers and their employees and immediate families are ineligible.
5.The winner will be selected at Carillon City Centre Management office at 9am on 22 November 2010. The winner will be notified by email.
6.The promotion consists of 1 draw with the first valid entry to win. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.The prize is for a four hour styling session with STM Fashion Editor Claire Davies and $1,000 Carillon City Gift Vouchers. The total prize value is $1500. The prize is to be taken at a time agreed between the winner and Claire Davies before June 2011. Carillon City takes no responsibility for the availability of either party for redemption of the prize during this time.
8.Carillon City shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9.The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10.The Promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions to address any misinterpretation, misinformation or misunderstanding that may arise in the application of these terms and conditions, as is permitted by law.
11.Participation in the competition constitutes an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
