Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not
complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. To submit a valid entry the Entrant must agree that
should their entry win a weekly prize they will be asked to nominate an Eligible Sports Club to
receive the prize. The prize is described at clause 8 below. An “Eligible Sports Club” for the
purpose of participating in the competition will be determined at the Promoter’s absolute
discretion, but should be either: (1) an amateur or social sporting club that is an incorporated
association or company under applicable state or Commonwealth laws; or (2) a sporting club
or team affiliated with an educational institution, including but not limited to a public or private
school, college or university.
3. The promotion commences on Monday 11th October 2010 & closes last mail received on
Monday 13th December 2010 (“Promotion Period”).
4. To enter, purchase any can of MILO Powder product (including MILO B-SMART and MILO
Malt) (“Promotion Product”) from a participating IGA or Foodland supermarket where the
promotion is advertised and displayed. Complete the entry form, attach a copy of the purchase
receipt and send to: “Cheer On Your Team Competition”, PO Box 525, Eastern Suburbs MC
NSW 2004
5. One entry is permitted for each purchase of a Promotion Product, provided each entry is in a
separate envelope with a completed entry form. The Promoter reserves the right to require any
entrant to provide their proof of purchase for every entry they made during the Promotion
Period in order to claim a prize.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to
disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process,
including but not limited to making multiple entries that are not associated with the separate
purchase of a Promotion Product, or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with
these conditions of entry.
7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the next occurring
weekly prize draw. All non-winning entries will continue to roll into all remaining weekly prize
draws.
8. Prize is $1,000 awarded to the Eligible Sports Club nominated by the entrant whose entry is
drawn.

9. All prize draws will occur on Fridays at 11am at Unit 6, 106 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale
NSW 2100 commencing 15th October 2010 and finishing 17th December 2010 (total of 10
weekly prize draws). The first valid entry drawn each week will win the prize.
10. Winning entrants will be contacted by phone and mail and the names & postcodes of the
winners along with the name of the Eligible Sports Club they nominated will be published in
The Australian as follows: prizes drawn from 15th October to 5th November 2010 on 8th
November 2010; and winners drawn from 12th November to 3rd December 2010 on 6th
December 2010; and winners drawn from 10th to 17th, December on 20th December 2010. All
winners’ details including the winning Eligible Sports Club may also appear at
www.milo.com.au/promotions11. Total prize pool is valued at $10,000.
12. The prize is not transferable.
13. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but
not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during
the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by
law.
14. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with
the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting
www.nestle.com.au or calling
1800 005 510.
15. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the
original draw on 31st March 2011 to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject to any
written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority. The first valid entry drawn
will win the unclaimed prize and the draw will continue until all unclaimed prizes have been
distributed. Winners of any unclaimed prize will have their name & postcodes & the name of
the Eligible Sports Club they nominated published in The Australian on 7th April 2011 and also
appear at
www.milo.com.au/promotions17. The prize in the form of a cheque will only be delivered in Australia and the prize will be
delivered the Eligible Sports Club’s official office bearer nominated by each winner within 28
days of receiving the winner’s nomination.
