below (Competition).
2. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry.
3. Participation in this Competition constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. This Competition is open to all Groups who book and visit on a Red Carpet Program package
during Competition Period (Group).
5. The Competition commences at 6.00am on Tuesday 1 February 2011 and concludes at
11:59pm on Monday 28 February 2011 (Competition Period).
6. The Competition comprises of one (1) Prize Draw.
TO ENTER
7. Groups who book and visit on a Red Carpet Program package will receive one (1) entry form
into the Prize Draw during the Competition Period.
8. Groups of 25 of more people will receive one (1) additional entry for each additional visit
during the Competition Period.
9. The Group Organiser, or other elected member of the Group must complete the entry form on
behalf of the Group (Nominee) and return it to the Red Carpet Program Representative prior
to their departure from Crown on the day of their visit for entry into the Prize Draw.
10. No other method of entry will be accepted, other than which has already been stated.
PRIZE DRAW
11. The Prize Draw to select the winner of the Prize will take place at 10:00am on Tuesday 1
March 2011 in the Administration Manager’s Office at Crown, Level 6, 8 Whiteman Street,
Southbank 3006.
12. The Prize Group winner will receive:
- One night accommodation at the luxurious Promenade Hotel valued at $424.00.

15. For the purpose of this Competition a ‘Day’ is defined as a 24 hour period commencing at
6.00am and ending at 6.00am on the following day. A ‘visit’ is defined as a visit to the Crown
Entertainment Complex during a Day.
16. Crown Signature Club Members participating in this Competition are bound by the Crown
Signature Club Rules.
17. In the event that a draw cannot be conducted at the specified time due to unforeseen
circumstances outside Crown’s reasonable control, the affected draw will take place as soon as
practicable after the delay has been resolved.
18. Subject to clause 19, entrants’ personal information obtained in relation to this Competition is
for the sole use of identifying the winners of the Competition and will not be disclosed to any
other organisations. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the Victorian
Commission for Gambling Regulation and the winners’ names published as required under
relevant lottery legislation.
19. Crown reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image
and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising Crown and the Crown Entertainment
Complex.
20. Subject to law, Crown (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any
person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection
with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the Prize). This clause
does not apply to the extent that Crown’s liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of Crown
in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to a Prize winner in the ordinary course of Crown’s
business.
21. Crown reserves the right to cancel this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen
circumstances outside Crown’s reasonable control) but only after consultation with and approval
