Sex And The City 2
 

   1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the Conditions of Entry.
   2. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over, with a current Civic Video membership (“Members”). Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Civic Video Pty Ltd (67 003 851 152) 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria NSW 2015.
   3. The competition commences 4th November 2010 and ends 6th December 2010 at 4pm. The winners will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd 110 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 on 20th December 2010 at 4pm.
   4. Limit one entry per rental or purchase transaction of “Sex And The City 2”.  Entry MUST be on original entry form provided by store or via official competition page on the Civic Video website. Proof of purchase must be presented to claim prize if winner declares purchase as validation for entry.
   5. To enter customers must rent or buy “Sex And The City 2” during the promotion period (4th November 2010 and 6th December 2010) at Civic Video Pty Ltd., complete the entry form at the counter and place it in the draw or enter online at www.civicvideo.com.au.
   6. The first valid entry drawn will win WIN an exclusive private screening of Sex And the City 1 & 2 for you and 10 of your friends! You and 10 of your friends  could enjoy a Sex And The City marathon in your own private cinema. You and each of your friends will also receive cocktails and catering on arrival (cocktails only available at licensed venues. Alternative beverages will be served at non-licensed venues), a Sex And The City Goodie Bag and Sex And The City 2 on DVD & Blu-ray. Valued at up to $3543.90.
   7. Prize must be taken on a date specified by the event organiser, subject to theatrette and print availability. Screening must be taken within 6 months of draw and is available only in winners nearest capital city (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth only).
   8. The next 10 valid entries drawn will win a copy of Sex And The City 2 on DVD & Blu-ray. Valued at $94.90.
   9. Total prize pool is valued at up to $4492.90.
  10. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of the prize.
  11. Winner(s) will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 3rd January 2011.
  12. Unclaimed prizes will be drawn on 28th March 2011 at Civic Video Pty Ltd, 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria at 4pm. Winner(s) from unclaimed prize drawn will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 11th April 2011.
  13. Normal membership conditions apply.
  14. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding to any person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
  15. The promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the prize.  Identification considered suitable for verification will be at the discretion of the Promoter.
