Once you have made a purchase, simply complete an entry form available at participating stores and drop the completed form into the barrel located on the ground floor at The Dymocks Building.The Dymocks Building is home to over 100 fascinating shops and businesses, just waiting for you to discover them. Our charming 1930s heritage building is conveniently located right in the heart of the city at 428 George Street. Here you’ll find a unique and diverse mix of shops and services - there’s something for everyone.
$5,000 Promotion – TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. The Promoter is Dymocks Book Arcade Pty Ltd ABN 13 000 009 441 trading as The Dymocks Building, of Level 6, 428 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. Promotion commences at 7am Monday 1 November 2010 and expires at midnight on Friday, 17 December 2010.
3. The Promotion is open to Australian residents only and excludes employees of the Promoter.
4. There are a total of three (3) draws. One (1) major draw and two (2) minor draws. To enter the draws participants must make a purchase at participating stores at the Dymocks Building, complete the entry form and place it in the entry barrel on the ground floor of the Dymocks Building during the promotional period.
5. Only one entry per purchase is permitted and only fully completed forms will be eligible to win.
6. The winners of all three (3) draws will be drawn at Level 6, 428 George Street Sydney NSW 2000. Minor draw 1 will take place at 1pm, Friday 19 November 2010. Minor draw 2 will take place at 1pm, Friday 3 December 2010. The major draw will take place at 5pm, Friday 17 December 2010.
7. The draw will take place via manual selection.
8. The winners will be notified by email or telephone and published in The Australian newspaper on Wednesday, 22 December 2010.
9. The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
10. There will be one winner drawn for each of the three draws. Winners for minor draw one and two will each receive $50 vouchers with a total value of AU$1000. The winner of the major draw will receive $50 vouchers with a total value of $3000. The voucher may be redeemed at any participating shop or business in The Dymocks Building, 428 George Street, Sydney whose details appear on the website. The voucher may be used at more than one shop or business. No cash will be offered for unused credit.
The voucher must be used by 30 June 2011. Total prize value for the three draws is $5000.
11. Vouchers are not redeemable at the Dymocks Bookstore and Stationery retail store on the ground floor of 428 George Street, Sydney.
12. The prize should be claimed from The Dymocks Building, Level 6, 428 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 by Friday, 25 February 2011 unless alternative arrangements are made. Any prizes unclaimed by this date are deemed forfeited.
13. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be maintained in a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
