"Update your details" Promotion
Promotion Period: 15 September - 30 November 2010

Conditions of Entry
1.Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
2.Entries not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
3.Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4.Entries are only open to GESB members who are 18 years of age and over and are residents of Western Australia.
5.Employees and directors of GESB (and their immediate families) are ineligible to enter the competition.
6.The Promoter of this campaign is the Government Employees Superannuation Board ABN 43 418 292 917 of Level 4 Central Park, 152 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.
7.The promotion commences at 00:01 (AWST) on Wednesday, 15 September 2010 and closes at 23:59 (AWST) on Tuesday 30 November 2010 (the promotional period). Entries processed after this time will not be entered into the draw.
8.To be eligible, members need to confirm or update any of their personal details, which includes and is limited to, their name, date of birth, address, phone numbers, email addresses and Tax File Number.  Changes to name and date of birth must be done in writing accompanied by a certified copy of identification in the approved form  and must be processed by GESB within the promotional period for the member to be eligible to enter the competition.
9.How to Enter
Eligible members may enter in three ways.
(i) By Phone via Member Services Centre on 13 43 72
Members may call the Member Services team and confirm or update their details. The member must either confirm that their current details in the GESB system is correct, or update their details with one of the Member Services Centre staff.
(ii) Via Member Online
Members may update or confirm their details via GESB's Member Online service.
Members who are not yet registered for Member Online must first register and visit the update your details page to confirm or update their details to enter the competition.
 (iii) In writing
Members may update or confirm their details in writing. Update or change of name and/or date of birth can only be accepted in writing and must accompanied by a certified copy of identification in the approved form. To be eligible, requests for update or change of the request must have been processed by GESB within the promotional period.
Note: Pension Scheme members and members who do not have access to Member Online because of a GESB restriction may only participate using contact methods: (i) by phoning via Member Services Centre; and/or (iii) in writing for name and date of birth changes.
10.Only one entry per contact method per member outlined above is permitted during the promotional period.  Therefore, any member updating or confirming their details through all three methods during the promotional period will receive a maximum of three entries to the competition.
11.One winner will be randomly drawn at 10am on Friday 10 December 2010 at GESB's office. The winner details will be validated to ensure that the entry has met all the term and conditions of this promotion; otherwise another draw will be conducted by close of business on the draw date.
12.Prizes
One x iPhone 4TM.  If the winner drawn confirmed or updated their details using contact methods (i) by phone via Member Services Centre and (iii)in writing, the winner will receive one iPhone 4 as the promotion prize.
One x iPhone 4 TM plus one x MacbookPro TM.  If the winner drawn received entry by confirming or updating their details via contact method (ii) via Member Online, he/she will receive one iPhone 4 TM plus one 13-inch MacBook Pro TM as the promotion prize.
The iPhone 4 TM is not locked into a specific network and will not include a SIM card or phone/internet access.
13.The Promoter will not be responsible for any fees or costs incurred by the winner that are associated with the prize (i.e. SIM card, other network or data charges). The winner will be responsible for paying for all fees and costs including but not limited to those mentioned.
14.The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from the competition, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
15.The winner will be contacted by phone and email and will need to provide proof of residential address in WA (e.g. utility bill or WA Driver's Licence) in person at GESB's office, via email or via fax to 1800 300 067 prior to collecting the prize.
16.In entering in the competition, the winner agrees to participate in a photo session and agrees for their name and any publicity photos to be used in any medium (including, without limitation, the Internet), and in any reasonable manner GESB deems fit, without charge.  The winner may be listed on the GESB website and will be contacted by GESB.

18.The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.  The winner must collect the prize from GESB's office at Level 4, Central Park, 152 St Georges Terrace WA 6000 (Telephone: 13 43 72) during normal business hours.  Alternatively, GESB will send the prize via Australia Post at the winner's request, however, GESB will not be held liable for any damages incurred or non delivery.  If the prize is not collected within 60 days the prize is forfeited.
19.The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the competition and the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20.The Promoter reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue this competition at any time.
21.These rules are governed by the law of Western Australia.
22.Apple is not a participant in or a sponsor of this promotion.
