Summer’s coming up, the days are getting hotter and thanks to Panasonic we have a new competition running in which one lucky winner will receive a Panasonic Inverter Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner - including free installation!
To win all you need to do is visit the competition post on one of the participating blogs (listed below) and answer the question “What’s the most bizarre thing you’ve ever done to stay cool?” The most creative answer will win.
The competition closes at 5pm EST on 25 November 2010. To be eligible for entry, leave your comment on one of the participating blogs, including your answer to the question “What’s the most bizarre thing you’ve ever done to stay cool?” and a contact email address we can use to notify you if you win. One comment will be selected out of all the comments on all participating blogs for the prize.
Please note that if you live in a rental house, you would need the owner’s written permission to install this prize.

Terms and Conditions of Entry for Panasonic Air Conditioner competition.
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into
this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Nuffnang Australia Pty Ltd ACN 133 905 647 of 28 St Edmonds Road,
Prahran VIC 3181 ("Promoter").
3. The Promotion will be open from 12:01 am Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time
(“AEDST”) on 18 October 2010 and will continue until 5:00 pm AEDST on 25 November
2010 ("Promotion Period").
4. Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 14 years and over, other than
management, employees or contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or
companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prize), and their
immediate families ("Eligible Entrants").
5. In order to enter the competition participants need to leave a comment on the
Panasonic competition post published on one of the participating blogs. The comment
must include the entrant’s preferred contact method in case they win [blog URL, Twitter

7. The winner, if they are not the legal owner of their premises, is responsible for
ensuring they have written permission from the owner prior to installation of the air
conditioner. Panasonic or its representative may request to view this permission prior to
installation commencing.
8. One winner will be chosen from all the entries made on the participating blogs. The
owner of each participating blog will choose their (2) favourite entries on their blog, in
accordance with the competition criteria. From this list of shortlisted entries from each
participating blog, the Nuffnang judges will choose the winner.The winner will be the entry
deemed most creative by the judges.
9. The judges' decision (including any decisions as to prize distribution) is final and the
Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
10. The winner will be notified via their preferred contact method, and will be asked to
provide their email and contact phone number at that time. If they do not respond to the
notification within 48 hours, Nuffnang reserves the right to select another winner.
11. To claim the prize, the winner must reply to the winner notification and accept the
prize within 48 hours of the blog notification, as well as indicate their preferred address
for the prize to be sent. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, they will forfeit the
prize, and another winner will be selected using the same judging process.
12. The results will be published on the Nuffnang Australia website, the Nuffnang
Australia Facebook page and Twitter account. Nuffnang Australia and HP also reserve
the right to publish the results, including a photo of the winner, in the media.
13. Nuffnang Australia’s business directors, management and employees, their
immediate families, their retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are
ineligible. HP’s business directors, management and employees, their immediate
families, their retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible.
14. Nuffnang Australia reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. If any
changes are made Nuffnang Australia will notify the public via its website.
