‘Moving Tracker’ is Lumo Energy Australia Pty Ltd trading as Moving Tracker
‘Service’: service refers to electricity connections, gas connections, landline phone connections and broadband connections
‘Entrant’: An entrant is any person(s) who completes the ‘Connect Me’ or ‘Connect Later’ forms online at
www.movingtracker.com.au and connects a service through Moving Tracker
‘Connect Me’ form: access is available online only through the Moving Tracker website

1.1 To enter, individuals must visit
www.movingtracker.com.au and complete the ‘Connect Me’ or ‘Connect Later’ form by:
(a) imputing the requested details including full name, date of birth, address, state, postcode, valid email address, valid phone number and choosing at least one service to connect to through Moving Tracker by ticking the relevant box
(b) tick the box to agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Terms & Conditions of the service
between November 3 2010 and December 15 2010.
1.2 Each entry must comply with the following:
(a) Each entry must be in English
(b) Each entry is completed once the entrant connects a service through Moving Tracker.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
2.0 Only Australian residents over the age of 18 are eligible to enter the competition.
3.0 Moving Tracker reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who has tampered with the entry process, or who submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
4.0 It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure the contact details provided are correct. Moving Tracker is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information either caused by website users
or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. Moving Tracker assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
5.0 Promotion commences 3/11/2010. Entries close 15/12/2010 11:59 AEST.
6.0 The winning entries will be randomly drawn via computer generation on 16/12/2010 at Level 3, 565 Bourke Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 at 2.00PM AEST.
7.0 Winners will be notified by email and telephone and published on the Moving Tracker website.
8.0 The first five valid entries drawn will each win one of 5 Freedom vouchers. Each individual voucher is to the value of $1000.
9.0 The total price value is $5000
10.0 Any costs in excess of the value of the prize (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Moving Tracker shall not be liable for a prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
11.0 In the event that any of the first drawn winners have not claimed their prize by 01/03/2011 11.59PM AEST, a second draw will be conducted by Moving Tracker. The second draw shall be conducted 02/03/2011 2.00PM AEST at the same premises as the original draw.
12.0 Prizes are not redeemable for cash
13.0 If a prize (or part of a prize) is not available, Moving Tracker reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of a prize) with a prize to the equal value.
14.0 Multiple entries not permitted. One entry per person only.
15.0 The Promoter, Lumo Energy Australia trading as Moving Tracker, its related companies and associated agencies and contractors shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, any personal injury or death suffered or sustained as a result of or connection with this promotion, or the use of any prize except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
16.0 We will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of your personal or sensitive information and other information or data collected by us. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as perfectly secure. As a result, although we strive to protect your personal and sensitive information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us. You transmit such information at your own risk.
17.0 Prize winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) related to the winning of a prize free of charge and consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
