Win a Holiday Activity Pack for your baby!
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Win a ‘Holiday Activity Pack’ for your baby Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 10:30:00 AEDT on 12th November 2010. Entries close at 23:59:59 AEDT on 28th February 2011.
3. For a chance to win, entrants must:
a. Visit

c. If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join on-line by following the prompts;
d. Complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
e. Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 22 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
f. Simply fill in the entry form and answer this question in 25 words or less;
What are your best tips for keeping the kids happy these holidays?” and
g. submit your answer by clicking on the “submit entry” button.
4. Consumers are eligible to enter once per week for the duration of the promotion.
5. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
6. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7. All valid entries received prior to the close of each draw during the Promotion will be individually judged by Promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter. To be held at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 on:
• Draw 1 – all entries received during November and December, 12 January 2011
• Draw 2 – all entries received during January, 2 February 2011

8. There will be 5 winners of the promotion each month for 3 months.
9. Each Holiday Activity Pack is valued at RRP $79.90 and features:

10. Each Prize is Valued at $63.96. The total prize pool is valued at $959.40.
11. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion question (without attribution) on the Huggies Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
12. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. 13. The winners will be advised via email and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.
14. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary on 8th June 2011 for any unclaimed prize, subject however to any directions given under Reg37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on

15. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
16. The promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
17. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
18. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these conditions of entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory where relevant.
19. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
20.
