Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the Terms and Conditions of entry.
2. Entry to this competition is free
3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia of or under the age of 12 years
4. Employees and their immediate families of Woolworths Limited and it agencies are ineligible to enter.
5. You may enter in only one age group category. The age group categories are 1-4 years, 5-8 years and 9-12 years. You may enter as many times as you like but you will only be eligible to win one prize.
6. The competition commences Monday 22nd November 2010. Entries close end of trading Monday 13th December 2010.
7. To enter, pick up an entry form from any Woolworths, Safeway, Food for Less or Metro Store in Australia. Colour in the picture, fill in your first name and age and get your parent or legal guardian to fill in their details and sign this entry form. Post or hand in the complete entry form to your local Woolworths, Safeway, Food for Less or Metro store. Entries must be received by end of trading Monday 13th December 2010.
8. There is one (1) prize to be won in each age group in each Woolworths, Safeway, Food for Less and Metro store. If your etry is judged t be best (1) entry in your age group from your local store, you will win: 1-4 Age group: OW Soothe & Glow Seahorse RRP $29.95, Laugh and Learn Peek a Boo Camera RRP $24.95, Grow A Head Assorted Wildlife RRP $12.95, Toy Story DVD RRP $28.00. 5-8 Age group: Toy Story Kerplunk RRP $29.95, Hopper Ball - Generic RRP $9.95, Grow A Head Assorted Wildlife RRP $12.95, Toy Story DVD RRP $28.00. 9-12 Age group: Twista Hoopla (Party Rings & Things) RRp $39.95, Pictureka RRP $39.95, Grow A Head Assorted Wildlife RRP $12.95, Toy Story DVD RRP $28.00.
9. Prizes are valued at the recommended retail price as provided by the suppliers and are correct at the time of printing.
10. The total value of the prize pool is $248, 667.50.
11. Prizes cannot be transfered and cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. Judging will take place at your loca Woolworths, Safeway, Food for Less or Metro store on Tuesday 14th December 201 at 11am.
13. The Board of Judges shall be composed of 2 representatives from your local Woolworths, Safeway, Food for Less or Metro store on Tuesday 14th December 2010 at 11am.
13. The Board of Judges that shall be composed of 2 representatives from your local Woolworths, Safeway, Food for Less or Metro store. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Age Group Category winners will be contacted on Tuesday 14th December 2010 by a representative of the nominated Woolworths, Safeway, Food for Less or Metro store for prize collection purposes. A Parent or Guardian must accompany the winner at the time of prize collection.
15. All entries become property of the Promoter and entries will not be returned. Entrants agree that the Promoter may use their names, addresses and entries for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media world wide without any fee being paid to the winner.

17. If you enter this competition, the Promoter will collect personal infomation about you so you can participate in the competition and the Promoter can administer the competition. To do this, the Promoter will disclose your personal information to organisations t which the Promoter outsources functions and organisations associated with this competition. If you do not provide your personal information, you can not participate in the competition. In most cases you can gain access to your personal information by contacting the Promoter.
18. To the full extent permitted by the law neither the Promoter nor any of their associated agencies accepts any liability for any injury, damage, expenses or loss of whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) to persons or property arising from or in connection with this competition.
19. If for any reason Woolworths Limited (as Promoter) determines in good faith and its sole discretion that this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limitd to events such as infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond control of the Promoter, which might corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
20. In the case of the Promoter determining in its sole discretion tha the promotion is or may be affected by the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the results or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, Acts of God, civil unrest and strikes, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it on similar terms and conditions.
