1. Information on how to enter and prize descriptions form part of these conditions of entry. 2. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry and participants must submit an entry in accordance with these terms and conditions. 3. Entry is open to all permanent Australian residents. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and all suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible. 4. The competition commences on 7th November 2010 and concludes on 22nd March 2011 at 23:59 (AEDT). 5. Entries are to be placed online via completion of the entry form provided on the Promoters website. 6. Multiple entries are not permitted. 7. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. 8. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter based upon industry &/or judging experience/other criteria deemed relevant at the sole discretion of the Promoter. 9. All entries become property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the competition. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition. All opt-in entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names, addresses and telephone numbers for future competition, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. By opting in, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants do not consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact the Promoter on their details set out below. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrants’ details should also be directed to the Promoter. Prizes:10. The Promoters decision in relation to any and all aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into. 11. The Promoter reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize. 12. All prize awards will take place at the registered office of the Promoter, 115 Blues Point Road McMahons Point NSW 2060 or such other location as the Promoter advises and all winners will be notified by e-mail and their details will be published on the Promoter’s website on the 29th of March 2011. 13. All prizes must be claimed by 17:00 (AEDT) on 4th April 2011 and if any prize remains unallocated, unclaimed or the winner cannot accept the prize (for whatever reason), the initial winner will have forfeited their prize and will have no claim and the Promoter reserves the right to re-award at the same location such unclaimed prizes within 7 days of the original prize being awarded. In the event of a re-drawn winner, their details will be published on the Promoters website on 5th April 2011. 14. There is 1 prize to be won as follows:1 x 2011 Husqvarna TE 449 Not included: Registration and statutory fees. 15. The total maximum prize pool is valued at up to $12,500. Prize values are GST inclusive, in Australian dollars, the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. 16. Only one prize per person will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred or varied and non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. 17. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. 18. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. 19. The Promoter, their associated agencies and companies associated with this competition take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit and the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, damage to or loss in transit of any prize. 20. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winning and may wish to seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize. 21. All prize winners agree to the use of their name and address suburb for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation. 22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 23. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion. Miscellaneous:24. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. 25. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. The Promoters legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 26. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. 27. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions at a later date. 28.
