FARMERS UNION CHRISTMAS STOCKING PROMOTION 2010
Promoter
The promoter is;
National Foods Limited
Unit 3, 31-35 George Street, Thebarton S.A. 5031
Method of Entry
Entry opens to residents of Australia. To enter,
consumers need to purchase any Farmers Union
Flavoured Milk from any Retail Brokers or Shop
Friendly store and fill in your name and telephone
number and place them into the entry box provided
within the store.
Duration of Promotion
The promotion commences on Monday, 8th November
2010 & closes at 12noon on Wednesday 22nd
December 2010.
Details of prizes and prize values
The first entry drawn at each store will receive a
Christmas Stocking valued at $225. There is one per
store to win. There are 203 stores involved in this
promotion. The prize must be taken as offered and is
not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
or anything else.
Date, time and place of draw
The draw will be conducted Wednesday, 22nd
December 2010 at 12.00 noon at each store. The draw
will be conducted instore. Winners will be notified by
telephone, in writing and their names will be displayed
instore on counter for a period of 2 weeks. The
promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or
misdirected entries.

If an unclaimed prize draw is to be
conducted, date of draw must be
3½ months after final draw date and
Regulation 37 of the Lottery and
Gaming Regulations must be quoted.
If the prizes are not claimed within 3 months of the
draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted
on 23rd March 2011.

- Please find attached a list of individual stores participating in this promotion.
- There will be 2 x people present at each of the draws being the store owner, manager
or partner.
REQUEST FOR WAIVERS;
We would like to request a waiver in regards to our Advertising Material. If we were to list
each individual store participant on the advertising material, this again would result in high
costs as we would need to print 203 individual plates therefore we would like to request
that we display the license number & terms & conditions available instore.
