The iconic 1980's children's animation Bananaman with its contribution from all three of the Goodies, gets a very welcome complete collection DVD release this month and to celebrate we have three copies of the three disc set to give away!
Growing out of a strip from the Nutty comic the animated series was made by the BBC in 1983 and told of the adventures of ordinary schoolboy Eric Twinge who transforms into a super hero every time he eats a banana, helping Chief O'Reilly and keeping the streets of Earth free from crime, as well as trying to get off with gorgeous newsreader Fiona.
All three of the Goodies - Graeme Garden, Bill Oddie and Tim Brooke-Taylor provided almost all of the voices for the characters on the show, adding enormously to the fun too in the process of course. Fabulous fun and not to be missed.
Bananaman is part of Magna Home Entertainment's new Kidzone range which features some of the biggest names in children's entertainment including the likes of Roary The Racing Car, Pokemon and Strawberry Shortcake.
