Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia over the age of 18 years of age.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, entrant’s identity and place of residence, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. The winner of the Zumba top competition will receive a Zumba t-shirt valued at approximately $28. The winner of the Nutrimetics competition will receive a Nutri-Rich Body Creme 150ml valued at approximately $36. The sinner of the MAC Make-up competition will receive a MAC Professional 18 colour eyeshadow pallette worth approximately $27.
5. Any ancillary costs associated with redemption of the prize items will be the responsibility of the winner. Items included in prize pack (including but not limited to colours, designs, material, brands etc) will be determined by the Promoter it its complete discretion. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Subscription component of the prize will be delivered to address provided at time of entry. Where a prize item has different sizes, the Promoter will contact the winner to confirm the winner’s preferred size. The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to supply the prize in the size requested by the winner, however if for any reason whatsoever the size requested is unavailable, the Promoter will deliver the prize item in the closest size available.
6. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (b) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; and (e) redemption of the prize.
7. Promoters' decision in relation to all aspects of this competition is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. In the event that the prize is unavailable despite the Promoters' reasonable endeavours to procure the prize within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value and/or specification.
