Terms and Conditions
This competition is a promotion run by Zinc Properties Pty Ltd ABN 32 128 403 976. (“Promoter”).
Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
The competition is open to both International and Australian residents.
The Promoter’s employees, contractors and their respective immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
Entrants must be over the age of 18 years old.The competition commences Wednesday December 1, 2010 and closes 12am Monday 1 February, 2011. All entries must be received within the promotional period.
Entry is by logging on to the Zinc Website and clicking on the link ‘Win 5 Nights Accommodation’ and completing the entry form.
One eligible winner will be drawn at random.The competition will be drawn at 11am on Friday 4th February, 2011 at Zinc Properties Noosa, Shop 2, 28-34 Duke Street, Sunshine Beach, Queensland, 4567.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will receive 5 nights accommodation at the property ‘Sunrise C-Vue’, Sunrise Beach, valued at $1785.
Accommodation to be booked and taken between 1 April, 2011 to 31 August, 2011. Excludes 19 to 26 April, 2011. Competition closes at 12.00am 1st February, 2011.
Any change in the value of the prize between the publishing date and the date prize is claimed, is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Winner will be notified by telephone and mail. Competition results will also be published on
www.zincnoosa.com.au, for two weeks after the final draw.
In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 11am on Monday 7th February, 2011 at Zinc Properties Noosa, Shop 2, 28-34 Duke Street, Sunshine Beach, Queensland, 4567 and redraw winners will be notified by telephone or mail.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Each entrant is only permitted to enter the competition once. If a person enters the competition more than once all subsequent entries will be deemed to be invalid.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to any infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to, take any action that my be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all entries from any individual who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with, the entry process which as a result corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition.
