and will close 11.59pm 31st December 2010. Entries will be accepted up until 5pm on 14th January 2011. 4. BSR Franchising Pty Ltd directors, management, employees and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.

To participate in this competition, the consumer must purchase any product from the BSR Group nominated, supplier brands from any Betta Electrical store. 6. The consumer must complete an entry form for the competition and must abide by these Terms and Conditions. Entries must be deposited in the entry box in-store

10. Conditions of usage of each Betta Electrical Gift Card includes:- Each winner must spend their Betta Electrical Gift Card at the Betta Electrical store in which they lodged their entry. Each gift card is valid for 12months from date of issue. Winners please treat your Gift Card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Winner can select any number of gifts up to the value of the card, or above the value - in which case you need to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment. The store will then validate the Gift Card and process your purchase. The Gift Card is partially redeemable. Within the card's 12 month validity period, any available balance can be used for multiple purchases at any participating store. However, any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry. Personal information collected on the entry form will only be used by BSR Franchising Pty Ltd and its related corporations, participating Betta Electrical Stores and their agents and contractors for the purposes of this promotion and may be used by BSR Franchising Pty Ltd designees for promotional purposes. If all details are not provided on the entry form, entries will be considered null and void and entrants will be ineligible to win prizes.
14. Entry forms become the property of BSR Franchising Pty Ltd and will be retained for the minimum period of time required under lottery laws. Entrants may access personal information held about them upon lodgement of a written request to BSR Franchising Pty Ltd, Privacy Officer, at the address nominated in point 16 of these Terms and Conditions.
