Conditions
1.Instructions on how to enter the promotion, and redeem Tooheys New & Tooheys New White Stag Beer Bucks offer coupons form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
2.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entry or Tooheys New or Tooheys New White Stag Beer Bucks offer coupons, and to disqualify any person who does not act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
3.This offer is open to residents of New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, Western Australia (excludes Tooheys New) and Northern Territory who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4.At each participating outlet the Promotional Period will commence at 00.01 EDT on 1st November 2010 and close at 23.59 EDT on 15th February 2011, or while stocks last (“Promotional Period”).
INSTANT WIN
5.For your chance to win instantly, Eligible Entrants must purchase a promotional carton or block of Tooheys New (30 x 375mL Cans or 24 x 375mL Bottles) or promotional carton of Tooheys New White Stag (24 x345mL Bottles) during the Promotional Period to receive their unique code. The unique code is located on a carton insert of Tooheys New Bottles (24 x 375mL Bottles) and Tooheys New White Stag Bottles (24 x 345mL), or on the layer pad of Tooheys New Cans (30 x 375mL Cans). Eligible Entrants may then enter the Promotion by one of the following methods during the Promotional Period;
i. Online: Eligible Entrants must use a compatible Internet browser to log on to the competition website

Entrants will be required to complete the competition entry form by providing the unique code located on carton insert of Tooheys New Bottles or Tooheys New White Stag Bottles or layer pad of Tooheys New Cans, along with their full name, email, address (PO Boxes will be deemed invalid) and mobile phone number.
ii. SMS: SMS entry is only open to consumers with a compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider, which permits text messaging to the promotional SMS number. To enter by SMS, Eligible Entrants must send an SMS text message containing the unique code located on carton insert of Tooheys New Bottles, Tooheys New White Stag Bottles or layer pad of Tooheys New Cans, along with their full name, address (PO Boxes will be deemed invalid) and postcode to 1990 6277 (SMS Provider PrimeFocus Ph.1800 818 957). Max SMS charge is 55 cents (inc. GST). Each entry must be sent in a separate SMS. SMS entries submitted via the Internet are not valid and will not be accepted. A return SMS will be sent to entrants who submit a valid SMS entry to confirm receipt of their entry. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotion database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.
6.Subject to the above conditions, an Eligible Entrant may enter the Promotion once for every participating product purchased during the Promotional Period. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements. A limit of one entry per person per day applies per mobile number (SMS) or household and IP address (WEB).
7.During the Promotional Period, one in twelve entrants via Online entry, and one in twelve entrants via SMS will be awarded a $10.00 Beer Economy Stimulus Card. Entrants will be notified instantly either online or SMS depending on their method of entry as to whether or not they are a winner. Online instant winners will be requested to complete a claim form where they will need to insert their mailing address. SMS instant winners will be directed online to the Competition Website to complete a claim form where they will need to insert their mailing address. The instant win prize will be posted direct to the address provided. Instant winners who entered a unique code from a Tooheys New pack will receive a Tooheys New $10.00 Beer Economy Stimulus Card, and those instant winners who entered a unique code from a Tooheys New White Stag pack will receive a Tooheys New White Stag $10.00 Beer Economy Stimulus Card.
8.Instant Win prize consists of a Beer Economy Stimulus Card - a $10 retail gift card which can be used for purchases through any EFTPOS system. Each prize is valued at AU$10.00 (incl. GST) and the total instant prize win pool for all states is valued at up to AU$1,000,000.00 (incl. GST). There are 100,000 Beer Economy Stimulus Cards in total for this promotion. Beer Economy Stimulus Card must be activated by following the instructions on the reverse of the card. Limited to 1 card claim per person per day. Maximum of 4 card claims per household during the Promotional Period. Beer Economy Stimulus Cards expire 23.59 EDT on 01/03/11. 9.It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier Edge Loyalty Systems ABN 16 006 716 730 (“The Supplier”) requirements:
i. Beer Economy Stimulus Cards may be used to purchase goods or services at retailers in Australia with "EFTPOS" facilities who accept the card, when the gift card has enough unused value to make the purchase. Cards will be loaded 24-36 hrs after activation and cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
ii. The Supplier is not liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any goods or services purchased with the gift card. Any dispute about goods or services purchased with the gift card must be resolved with the supplier. Except for rights which cannot be excluded, any conditions or warranties implied or imposed by legislation or otherwise are excluded from these conditions of use. To the extent permitted by the law, The Supplier’s liability is limited to replacing faulty gift cards.
iii.The Supplier may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a card. The card remains The Supplier’s property.
iv. Should a card be lost or stolen, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, please contact The Supplier by the contact channels phone 1300 079 267, or online at

10.Entrants must retain their product barcode(s), promotion code(s) and photocopy(s) of their receipt(s) (evidencing their Qualifying Purchase) for all entries submitted as proof of purchase (“proof of purchase”). Entrants may be required to, within 7 days of being asked to do so, send their proof of purchase in order to validate their entry(ies). A reply paid address will be provided to Entrants for this purpose. Entrants must also retain a photocopy of the proof of purchase submitted for verification purposes. The Promoter recommends that Entrants send their proof of purchase via registered post, however, this is not a Condition of Entry.
11.The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, disqualify any Entrant/s and declare any or all entries made by an Entrant/s invalid if the Entrant/s:
i. Tampers with the entry process, including the use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permit the Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly; or
ii. Shares proof of purchase requirements in order to gain competitive advantage over other Entrants; or
iii. Tampers with the operation of the Promotion or web site; or
iv. Is found to be using multiple aliases, mobile phone numbers, household addresses or email addresses; or
v. Acts in a disruptive manner; or
vi. Fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction; or
vii. Fails to produce items as required or produces items that, in the Promoter's opinion, are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or
viii. Acts in violation of these Conditions of Entry.
12.If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the lottery authorities.
13.All valid claims for prizes will be met notwithstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded. Printing errors or other quality control matters will not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize. All instant prizes must be redeemed during the Promotional Period.

18.The Beer Economy Stimulus Card is subject to the terms and conditions of Edge Loyalty Systems and the Tooheys New & Tooheys New White Stag Beer Bucks are subject to the terms and conditions of Ezy Entertainment Marketing Pty Ltd and Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any claimant as a result of the conduct of Edge Loyalty Systems, Ezy Entertainment Marketing or Domino’s Pizza or otherwise as a result of accepting and/or using a Beer Economy Stimulus Card or Tooheys New or Tooheys New White Stag Beer Bucks offer coupon (even if caused by negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
19.The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
