2) Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3) Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
4) The promotion is open to residents of residents of Australia only.
5) During the promotional period, an entry will be automatically awarded to those who follow @lastminute_au on Twitter and RT (retweet) one of the following competition entry statements on the appropriate day, as noted below:

6) The promotion commences at 9am AEST, Thursday 9 December 2010 and closes at midnight AEST, Friday 24 December 2010.
7) The prize winners will be drawn at random from all valid competition entries received. The draws will take place at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 9am on the 10th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th and 25th December 2010.

The prize winners will be contacted via Twitter.
9) The winners will receive the prize corresponding to their submitted entry statement, from a pool of: a night in a lastminute.com.au Secret Hotels® in the Australian capital city of their choice valued at up to $200, a selection of six cook books from Penguin valued at $300, a Lovable lingerie voucher valued at $500, one of five three month subscriptions to Grazia Magazine Australia valued at $150 each, one of six bottles of Moet champagne valued at $75 each, one of two $250 Sunglass Hut vouchers, a $500 voucher from Get Music, one of 10 boxes of Baci chocolates valued at $20 each, a Clinique makeup and skincare pack valued at $500, a Seafolly beach pack valued at $350, 12 boxes of tea from Madame Flavour valued at $400 and 10 double in season passes to Somewhere valued at $35 each.
10) Total value of the prize pool is up to AU$5,000.
11) The prize will be arranged by the Promoter.
12) Should a winner be un-contactable by midnight Thursday 31 March 2011, a second chance draw winner will be drawn at random from all valid competition entries received and will be deemed the winner by the Promoter at 9am AEST on Friday 1 April 2011 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2010.
13) The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible.
14) The Prizes are subject to availability at the time of booking and, if any component of the prize is unavailable on the dates proposed by the winner, the Promoter will consult with the winners to determine alternative dates on which the prize will be booked.
15) The winners will be notified on the day of the judge’s decision. The winners’ details will also be published at
www.lastminute.com.au on Tuesday 4 January 2011 for a period of three months.
16) The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.
17) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
18) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
19) The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
20) If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
