Terms & Conditions1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clauses 2.2 and 2.3,
entry is open to all residents of Australia.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.
2.3
Entrants must be 11 years or younger to enter this competition. Proof of age may be requested of the winners. 3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Wednesday 1 December 2010 at 00:01 (AEST)
and concludes on Friday 25 February 2011 at 23:59 (AEST) ("the Competition Period").3.2
To enter the competition, entrants must first purchase an Elmers gluestick from Officeworks. Then entrants must create a craft item using that gluestick. Entrants must take a photograph of their craft with their Elmers gluestick clearly visible in the picture. Finally entrants must upload the picture of their craft at www.Elmers.com.au. Entrants must supply their full name, address and daytime telephone number.
3.3
Entrants in the competition may enter as many times as they like, however only one prize will be awarded.3.4 Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period. Entries received after the end date will not count towards the competition.
3.5 The Promoter, its agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
4. HOW TO WIN
4.1 The three entries judged to be the best based on creative use of Elmers glue will win the prizes.
4.2 Judging will take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on Friday, 4 March 2011 at DesignStreet Pty Ltd, 35-41 Waterloo Rd, Macquarie Park NSW 2113. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from DesignStreet Pty Ltd.
4.3 The winners will be notified by phone and/or mail by Friday 4 March 2011.
4.4 Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges' decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
4.5 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.6 Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be considered valid. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
4.7 The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winners provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (including proof of purchase of Elmers Glue) in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
4.8 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner's entry is of a type described in this clause.
4.9 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize.
4.10 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of entering this competition, accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
4.11 Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
4.12 The winner agrees to their craft being displayed on the Elmers website and to participate in any activities surrounding the promotion such as photographic shoots and interviews.

5.2 If any of the products listed in the prize pack are not available these will be replaced with a similar product at similar value.
5.3 The total prize pool is valued at $2,400 (including GST). 6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Neither is the Promoter responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet connection, service provider or website failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
6.2 If for any reason, this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to any written directions given under State Legislation.
6.3 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss or damage (including loss or opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
3. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
4. any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry;
5. any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
6. the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; and/or
7. participation in the prize.
