Electronic random draw will be conducted at Salmat Interactive, Level 17, 100 Arthur Street, North Sydney 2060 on Thursday 6th Januaray 2011 at 11am. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter the draws and win prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years Employees of My Fun Pty Ltd their associated agencies’ employees, and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter the competition Entry is limited to one per person.

3. This competition commences 7/11/2010 at 12.00pm and ends 31/12/2010 at 12.00am. All times are AEST or AEDST, whichever is applicable in NSW at the time.

4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

5. To enter consumers must visit www.myfundvd.com.au and follow the prompts and complete the entry form.

6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process (including but not limited to using automated means to enter). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

7. Entries are limited to one per person per competition.

8. Electronic random draws will be conducted at Salmat Interactive, Level 1, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. Entries in each draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent draws.

9. The draw will conducted on 14th January 2011 at 12.00pm.

10. Winners will be notified within 5 business days of the draw. Winners will be notified by email or phone, and all winners will be published on the website www.myfundvd.com.au and the winners of any prizes valued over $250 will be published the in The Australian Newspaper on 18th January 2011.

11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. There are ten prizes to be won. Each winner will receive:
      1 x Expendables DVD $39.95
      1 x Expendables Blu-Ray $49.95
      1 x Gym bag $100.00
      1 x Boxing Gloves $50.00
      1 x skipping rope $30.00
      2 x Straps $10.00 each

13. The total prize value is $2899.00

14. Any unclaimed prizes from a draw will be re-drawn no less than 3 months from the above draw date.

15. Should any unclaimed prizes be an event based prize with a redemption date. The unclaimed prize draw for that prize will be drawn in a timely manner to allow for any unclaimed prize winners to attend the event.

16. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
