Tickets to Day 1 of the Vodafone Ashes Series in each state to be won, including a Ford Bring It On pack for you to wear whilst sitting in the Ford Bring It On seating bay supporting the Aussies. Please see the Terms and Conditions for full prize details. The prize includes tickets only, all costs of travel are the responsibility of the winners of the competition.

Terms and Conditions of Entry for the Ford Cricket ‘Bring It On’ Promotion
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
2. The promoter is Ford Motor Company of Australia Limited, ABN 30 004 116 223, of 1735 Sydney Road, Campbellfield, VIC, 3061(Promoter).
3. Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents, however, residents under the Age of 18 need their parent's or guardian's consent to enter(Eligible Entrants).Directors, management and employees of the Promoter, Cricket Australia and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. The Promotion commences at 00:00 EDST, 31st October2010and closes at11:59pm EDST 30thDecember 2010 (Promotion Period).
5. To enter, an Eligible Entrant must either submit a video or picture on fordcricket.com.au (Promotional Website) which creatively depicts their green and gold support for the Australian Men's Cricket Team for their matches against the English this summer, during the Promotion Period.
6. Eligible Entrants can enter as many times as they wish.
7. Entrants shall be solely responsible for the content they upload to the Promotional Website and the consequences of submitting and publishing their content on the Promotional Website. Entrants affirm, represent, and warrant that they own or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions to publish content they submit; and they licence to the Promoter all rights necessary to such content for publication on the Promotional Website pursuant to these terms and conditions.
8. By submitting a video or picture (Image) as an entry in this Promotion:
· entrants warrant that they are the person in the Image or have prior approval from the person in the Image that is submitted as part of the entry;
· all entrants acknowledge that their entry may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be posted on the Promotional Website;
· entrants agree and authorise the Promoter to use, edit and reproduce the Image;
· entrants agree that the Promoter and Cricket Australia has the right to publish and communicate to the public the Image in any media including, but not limited to online, at all times without restriction or limitation throughout the world (including all promotional purposes);
· entrants acknowledge that the Image may be edited by the Promoter and/or Cricket Australia at their sole discretion;
· entrants agree to fully release now and forever the Promoter and Cricket Australia from and against all actions, suits, claims and demands which they may have against Promoter and Cricket Australia arising directly or indirectly in respect of any infringement or violation of any personal and/or property rights of any sort (including without limitation defamation) from the use of the Image;
· entrants warrant that they have obtained permission from any other persons featured in the Image for Promoter to use the Image.
9. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional Website remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the Promotional Website shall result in the entry being deemed an ineligible entry.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the competition or receiving a prize on the basis that the Promoter in its absolute discretion deems that the behaviour of the entrant or the content of the entry is inappropriate, offensive or may bring the Promoter's brand into disrepute.
12. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Promotion.
13. There will be five (5) separate judging periods throughout the promotional period, aligned with the five (5) Vodafone Ashes Tests in Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney to which 50 x Day 1 tickets can be won in each judging period (250 tickets in total). Eligible Entries received during the individual judging period will only be eligible to win tickets to their nearest Vodafone Ashes test. Entries from Tasmania will be judged within the Melbourne Test judging period, entrants from Canberra will be judged within the Sydney Test judging period and entrants from Northern Territory will be judged within the Adelaide Test period.(see table 14.1 below).
14. Eligible Entrants will be judged and winners chosen based on the creative merit of the entry.The winning entries will be the entries which depict the most creative, interesting and passionate demonstration of their green and gold support of the Australian Men's Cricket Team.Judging will occur at 11am on the aligned judging dates (see table 14.1 below) at the offices of Ford Motor Company of Australia Limited 1735 Sydney Road Campbellfield VIC 3061.Winners will be notified the same day by phone and email.

15. The winner(s) will receive the following:
. Prize Winners will receive
· Adult tickets to Day 1 of the Vodafone Ashes Test in the aligned draw period at the aligned venue. At the Promoters discretion, each Eligible Entrant's individual entry selected as a winner during any given prize draw period may be awarded between 2-10 tickets based on the number of people that appear in the Eligible Entrant's entry video or photo.ie. If only 1 person appears in the video or photo entry they will receive two tickets.If more than 1 person appears in the entry they will receive a ticket for each person that appears in the entry up to a maximum of 10 tickets.(Valued at up to $80.00 each).
· Ford Ashes 'Bring It On' supporters pack comprising of tshirt and hat (valued at up to $25.00 each).
Total Prize pool valued at up to $26,250.
16. The prize(s) or any unused portion of the prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.None of the prizes include flights, accommodation, spending money, transfers to or from the airport to hotel or the game. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
17. The winners will be notified by phone and e-mail on the dates specified in table 14.1 and the name of the winner(s) will be published on the Promotional Website.
18. Prizes must be taken to coincide with the relevant matches which form part of the prizes. No compensation will be payable if the winner, or their companions, are unable to use the prize as stated for whatever reason. Any part of the prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited.
19.Prize winners are responsible for all expenses including but not limited to, travel, accommodation, spending money, meals drinks, transfers laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs involved with the fulfilment of and participation in their prize.
20. Prize winners and guests must attend the Vodafone Ashes fixture nominated by the Promoter, otherwise that part of the prize is forfeited.No extension or variation on these dates will be permitted.
21. Prize winners must collect their tickets and 'Bring it On' prize pack at the dedicated venue and time advised by the Promoter, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
22. If the Vodafone Ashes fixture allocated to prize winners is cancelled or washed out, then tickets to the game provided as part of the Prize will be forfeited,
23. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a winner any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely use the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter or by Cricket Australia in their absolute discretion and each ticket holder must agree to comply with Cricket Australia's conditions of entry to the venue.
24. Once the winner has collected the prize, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost under any circumstances.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with the conditions of entry or if, in the opinion of the Promoter, an entrant tampers or interferes with any entry mechanism in any way. Or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
26. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition and, in particular the selection of winners, is final and binding on each person who enters.No correspondence will be entered into.No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
27. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster) or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to either provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original prize or, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
28. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
29. Entrants consent to the Promoter and Cricket Australia using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Cricket Australia (as the case may be). The winners agree to participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the Promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents.
30. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created pursuant to the winner's participation in any aspect of the prize (Works). The winner acknowledges that the Promoter is free to use the Works and to exercise its rights in relation thereto and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
31. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby permits the winner's image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner's participation in the prize to appear in connection with the Promoter, Cricket Australia or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
32. The Promoter, Cricket Australia and their employees, directors, associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the competition or the taking or using of any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). The Promoter and Cricket Australia accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize.
33. The Promoter will hold the personal information the entrant provides through this promotion so they can be contacted if they are a prize winner.If the entrant consents, it may also be disclosed to the Promoter's employees, related companies, agents and Cricket Australia and its employees for the provision of marketing services and to help keep you informed of the products and services offered by the Promoter or Cricket Australia (by direct mail, telephone or electronic messages).You have a right to access personal information the Promoter holds about you.
