The Department is the promoter of the competition.

2. The Competition is free to enter.

3. To be eligible to enter the Competition, Entrants must be Australian residents over 18 years of age.

4. Each person who is eligible to enter the Competition who completes the Form (including completing all mandatory fields) and places it in a Competition box supplied by the Department at the Lunch will be entered into the Competition. One entry is permitted per person.

5. Entries will close on 2.15pm on Tuesday 25 January 2011. No entries into the Competition will be accepted after this time.

6. Each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that:
a. their personal information will be collected by the Department for the purposes of administering the Competition;
b. if they have accepted the option of receiving monthly e-newsletters, their personal information will be used by the Department to distribute these monthly e-newsletters; and
c. if they are the winner of the Competition, the Entrant consents to the Department:
• disclosing their personal information (including but not limited to their name and image), in connection with the Competition in promotional materials in relation to Australia Day, including but not limited to the Australia Day Lunch.

7. The winner of the Competition will receive a six (6) bottle case of wine delivered to a nominated Australian address at the beginning of each month from February 2011 to January 2012 inclusive (the “Prize”). The Queensland Government encourages responsible drinking.

8. The total retail value of the Prize is $1236 (GST exclusive). The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or otherwise. The Prize has been provided by Clovely Estate Pty Ltd. The Department does not make any representations about the quality of the Prize, nor is it endorsing the Prize or any party associated with the Prize, including but not limited to Clovely Estate Pty Ltd.

9. The Prize will be drawn randomly at the lunch on Tuesday 25 January 2011 at the conclusion of the Australia Day Lunch.
