1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. To enter you must complete the online entry form at
www.thewest.com.au/competitions Oprah Kailis promotion by 12 noon on Friday, December 17, 2010. Printed entries and facsimiles are not valid.
3. Subject to clause 13, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia over the age of 18.4. One prize winner will be selected and the draw will take place at 1pm, Friday, December 17, 2010 and the winner will be notified by telephone and/or email by a representative of The West Australian.5. The first valid entry drawn at random will be deemed the winner and will receive the following prize: a unique limited edition 'O' medallion with Oprah The Farewell Season engraving. The medallion hangs on a 90cm sterling silver chain, partnered with a lustrous 10-12mm Australian South Sea pearl and is set with 0.02ct of Kailis' signature secret black diamonds and is valued at $450.
