1. Method of Entry
- Entry is open to all Australian residents only. To enter, tell us about your garden
mmiracle story (25 words or less) along with a photograph.
- Pictures may be shown on the television series.

- The promotion will be carried out from the 11th of December 2010 and will close on
the 22nd of January 2011 at 11.59pm AWST.
- Prizes will be drawn on Monday the 24th of January 2011, announced at the end of
‘The Garden Gurus’ summer gardening series on Saturday 29th of January 2011
and published on
www.thegardengurus.tv4. Details of Prize and Prize Value
- Prize – the chance to win one of ten $250.00 garden hampers to grow your own
garden miracle at home from Scotts. The winners are judged depending on the
garden story and picture.
- Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- No responsibility is taken for the variation in the value of the prize.
- The garden hampers are to be organised and collected directly with Scotts.
5. Date, time and Place of Draw
- The draw will be conducted at 50 Orange Valley Road Kalamunda WA 6072 on
Monday the 24th of January 2011.
- All entries will be considered throughout the 3-week period.
6. Results
- All winners will be notified by telephone after the episode goes to air on Monday
the 31st of January 2011.
- The name of the winners will be posted on The Garden Gurus TV program on
Sunday the 29th of January 2011 and website
www.thegardengurus.tv- Proof of identification will be required before the prize is claimed.
- Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Conditions of Entry
- Photocopied or posted entries will not be accepted.
- Open to Australian residents only.
- One entry per person.- Name, contact number and address must be included in the email to be part of the
draw.
- Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or
guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
- Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the
entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any
information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
- It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the
conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
9. Participants
- The Garden Gurus directors, management, employees and their immediate families
and Scotts staff cannot participate in the promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the
right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for
submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
10. Unclaimed Prize
- After every reasonable effort, if the promoter is unable to contact the prize winner
the prize will be voided within 1 week.
