Terms and Conditions

1. The ‘Promoter’ is Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd of 971 Nudgee Road, Banyo, Qld 4014.

2. This promotional offer is only available to ‘Eligible Participants’, who are Australian residents and over 18 years of age, and who complete the game of skill at www.livelargeholidays.com.au in accordance with the rules.

3. The submission of their personal details on the website constitutes the Entry Form into the draw.

4. The ‘Promotional Period’ is from December 1st 2010 to March 31st 2011 inclusive (AEST).

5. The final cut-off date for entries is 11:59pm 31st March 2011 (AEST).

6. The ‘Promotional Offer’ consists of a total maximum prize pool of $10,000 being made up of :
1st Prize of a family holiday for 2 adults and 2 children to the Gold Coast with a maximum value of $7,500 consisting of :

          * Airfare from winners nearest major airport to the Gold Coast for 2 adults and 2 children
          * 3 nights accommodation on the Gold Coast
          * Airport transfers to the accommodation
          * 3 day pass for 4 to Dreamworld on the Gold Coast
          * All travel and accommodation arrangements will be at the discretion of the promoter

Runner Up Prizes

          * One year’s supply of Revolution for a dog or a cat with a maximum value of $250 per prize – Five to be won
          * $250 Vet Products Direct Gift Card with a maximum value of $250 in pet products – Five to be won

7. The Promotional Offer is only available to Australian Residents.

8. All entries will be judged on the basis of creativity by an agency administering the competition on behalf of the Promoter

9. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The judging decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. There will be a limit of three submissions per person.

11. Winners will be notified by email by 15 April 2011.

12. None of Prizes in the ‘Promotional Offer’ are transferable, redeemable for cash or can be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Prizes must be claimed by December 31st 2011 and unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after that date.

13. Eligible Participants cannot be employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of the agencies associated with this offer; and are not a spouse, parent, sibling, or natural or adopted child of such an employee.

14. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the ‘Relevant Parties’) exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) whatsoever which is suffered or incurred by an Eligible Reseller connected with this offer, including; (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from or contributed to by negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.

Entrant personal information (“PI”) will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winners and may be used to market its products and services to the entrant. The PI of winners may be provided to others assisting, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition. 16. The Promoter is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupt or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory text or content.

18. By submitting an entry to this competition, the entrant transfers full ownership of the content to Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd and Pfizer Animal Health for use in commercial advertising campaigns.
