Return to this web page and fill out the Summer Projects - Refund Competition Entry Form and answer two simple questions.
Boral Concrete will select a winner adjudged to have provided the most creative answer to question 1 and have correctly answered question 2.

Terms and Conditions for Summer Projects - Refund Competition
Information on how to enter and prize form part of these terms and conditions of entry (Terms and Conditions). Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
To be eligible to submit an entry in this Competition all entrants (Entrants) must be Queensland residents and have purchased and paid for one load, being at least 6 cubic metres of either N-Class, Colori™, Exposé™ or Boralstone™ concrete in one transaction from Boral Resources QLD Pty Ltd (Boral) during the Competition Period and prior to entering the Competition (Qualifying Transaction).
To enter the Competition, Entrants must visit
www.boral.com.au/concreteseq and must complete all questions for it to be a valid entry. Entrants will be judged on their answers to questions 1 and 2.
The competition period commences at 12.01am AEDST on 1st of December 2010 and closes at 11.59pm AEDST on 31st January 2011(Competition Period).
There can only be one entry per person irrespective of how many Qualifying Transactions a person enters into.
Boral will select one winner from all valid entries judged by an internal panel of Sales Managers to have provided the most creative answer to question 1 and provided a correct answer to question 2.
Boral will award the individual who produces the most creative answer to question 1 and a correct answer to question 2 with a refund of all or part of the purchase price of the relevant Qualifying Transaction referred to in clause 2, up to a maximum value of $2706 including GST (Prize) as stated on the Entrant's proof of purchase.
Employees and members of their families of Boral and its related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter the Competition.
Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered. Entries will be judged on the 4th of February 2011 by a panel of Boral Sales Managers. The panel of judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Winner will be notified by 11th February 2011 by email from Boral and will be asked to provide evidence of proof of purchase.
The winner's name and winning Entry will be displayed on the front page of Boral Home Owners & DIY Renovators web page at
www.boral.com.au/homegarden/index.asp If for any reason a winner does not claim their purchase refund within 60 days (from the date the winner is announced) then the Prize will be forfeited.
Boral accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason.
Boral will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking part in this Competition or winning the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Entrant assigns to Boral all existing and future intellectual property rights subsisting in any material provided by the entrant to Boral in connection with this Competition. The Entrant warrants that it is the owner of the submitted Entry and that the Entry does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. The Entrant acknowledges that all material submitted will be deemed to be the original work of the entrant.
Boral accepts no responsibility for any copyright or other intellectual property infringements on the part of the Entrant.
All Entries will be entered into a database and Boral and its related bodies corporate may use entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise advised by the Entrant. Boral has the right to publish, archive, electronically store, duplicate or record all submissions without fee or restriction.
