b. Postal entry
i. To enter, individuals must provide full name, address, phone number, pasta recipe and its photograph and send and reach the following address by 5.00pm ACST on 31/01/2011.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. The competition is open to all residents of South Australia. Employees of the Promoter and Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st
cousin.
2. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
3. Promotion commences 9:00 am ACST on 22/12/2010. Online entries close at 11:59 pm ACST on 31/01/2011 and postal entries close at 5.00pm ACST on 31/01/2011. The competition will be judged by Adam Swanson, a chef and restaurateur, as appointed by the Promoter. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Each entry will be individually judged based on ease of preparation, visual appeal, use of natural ingredients and San Remo dry or fresh pasta. The judge’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Judging will take place on 02/02/2011 and results will be posted on the promotion’s website www.sanremo.com.au/promotions on 03/02/2011.
5. The winners will be contacted by phone, using the contact details provided in their entries.
6. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (b) each entry must be substantially unique. Entries will not be returned.
7. Incomplete, illegible and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. The 6 best entries, as determined by the judge in his absolute discretion, will be deemed Prize winners. The Prize includes:
• A one-on-one Pasta Master Class with Adam Swanson at Carnevale 2011
• 5 tickets to attend Carnevale 2011
• A San Remo Pasta Pot worth $55
• A San Remo Apron
• 24 X 500g Packets of San Remo Regular Pasta
• Winning recipe to be featured on San Remo website

10. The Prize winners must be available to redeem their prizes on the following dates; 12 February 2011 or 13 February 2011 subject to the final schedule for the Prize winners’ Master Class sessions with Adam Swanson at the Carnevale 2011.
11. The Prize winners must organize their own transport to and from the venue hosting the Pasta Master Class with Adam Swanson sessions. The venue is Jubilee Hall, Adelaide Showgrounds, Goodwood Road, Wayville SA.
12. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash.
13. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
14. All participants under the age of 18 will not be permitted to participate in Master Class sessions unless their parents/guardians provide written approval a minimum of 3 working days prior to the event taking place. If any participants are under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by an adult. Guardians must also give their consent for this individual to supervise their child during the session, and to and from the venue if applicable. It is the responsibility of the Prize winner/Guardian to ensure all consent forms are completed and available for a San Remo representative to collect or received 3 working days prior to the clinic taking place. Relevant paperwork will be provided to the Prize winners by a San Remo representative.
15. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
16. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter and Sponsor. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant licenses the Promoter and Sponsor to use their entry in any media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty. Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Entrants consent to the Promoter and Sponsor using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Sponsor. The Promoter and Sponsor intend to feature the winners’ sessions with Adam Swanson on film to make them available on the web. The entrant’s consent for this forms part of the condition of entry.
19. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
20. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
21. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
22. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter or Sponsor/ Prize Supplier/ Organizers in their absolute discretion including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
