1. Entry is open to Australian and NZ residents only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
2. The promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
3. The person making the entry warrants that the submission is their own work and not subject to copyright of another party.
4. The promotion commences at 12.01am on 15/12/2010 and concludes at 11.59pm on 14/1/2011. No entries will be considered after the conclusion of the promotion.
5. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winning entries will be chosen by a panel consisting of staff of Breville and Chocolateria San Churro. All complete entries will be considered and judged on their creative merit. The decision of the panel will be final, no correspondence will be entered into once the winners have been notified.
Only one prize will be awarded to each individual, but multiple entries from an individual will be considered. 6. The prize winners will be notified by email. If no response is received 5 days after the email notification, an alternative winner will be selected.
7. The prize is five Cool Chocolate Prize packs conisting of: 1 Breville Scraper Mixer Pro BEM800CR at the value of RRP $549.95, 1 Breville Freeze & Mix BIA500 at the value of RRP $99.95 and 24 San Churro Couverture Chocolate Buds at the value of RRP $429.60. Total prize pack value is RRP $1079.50.
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and can not be taken for cash.
9. Breville and Chocolateria San Churro reserve the right to use all submissions for the promotion for the purposes of marketing. No details other than the submitted content, the image/s, the first name and the suburb/city of the author may be disclosed in any promotional material.
10. Breville and Chocolateria San Churro reserves the right to decide whether or not to publish submissions on the promotion web site. In the instance that Breville and Chocolateria San Churro withhold publication of an entry on the web site no correspondence will be entered into with the affected entrant.
