This boutique hotel break includes two nights at glam gourmet getaway the Lake House in Daylesford, complete with a bottle of sparkling rosé and a 60-minute pampering session for two in the Salus Day Spa. Plus up to $500 in transport expenses.

Prize
One lucky winner will receive a romantic two-day stay for two on Valentine’s Day weekend Sunday 13 and Monday 14 February 2011, along with a year’s supply of Koko Black chocolate. The weekend break includes two nights’ accommodation in a Waterfront Suite with a bottle of Lake House sparkling rose to enjoy upon arrival and your choice of 60 minute pampering sessions for two in the Salus Day Spa. The total prize is valued at AU$2575 + travel expenses to the value of AU$500. Total prize value: AU$3075

How to Enter
Customers can enter the prize draw by visiting www.mrandmrssmith.com/kokoblack or in store at Koko Black salons nationally.

Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The competition is open to people who reside in Australia.
3. No purchase is necessary for the prize draw.
4. The competition opens 3 January 2010 and closes at 12pm, 31 January 2011.
5. The draw will take place at Mr & Mrs Smith, 1C 205 – 207 Johnston St Fitzroy on Tuesday 1 February at 4pm. A second entry will be drawn and this entry will be used in the case where the original winner has not claimed the prize by 5pm Tuesday 8th February 2010 (Melbourne, Australia time).
6. The winner will be contacted by telephone and email. If the winner is uncontactable and the prize has not been claimed by Tuesday 8th February, the prize will be reallocated to the second drawn person.
7. Multiple entries are permitted using the online entry process. An additional entry can be gained by referral for each friend who signs up.
8. The prize is to be taken on Valentine’s Day Sunday 13 and Monday 14 February 2011. The prize is transferable, but dates of stay are not flexible.
The year’s supply of chocolate as provided by Koko Black will be in the form of gift vouchers, eligible to be spent on both retail chocolate products and in the salon lounge and will be delivered by mail.
