Entries

This is a consumer competition, with entries only acceptable via www.barossa.com, whereby the guest must submit a recipe or serving suggestion using Barossa produce, matched with a Barossa wine, via the embedded entry form.

Entry is limited to one entry per person.

Tourism Barossa Incorporated (TBI) will be responsible for the personal data entered via their website and the information will not to be given to any other person or group. Email addresses supplied with each entry will be added to TBI's enewsletter database, to which entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

All entries will become property of TBI, and may be used for future promotional purposes, with acknowledgement of the author(s) where appropriate.

Entrants must be available to travel to the Barossa Sunday 27 February - Sunday 6 March 2011. This prize is non-transferable.

 

Timing

The competition will run from 28 November 2010 - 31 January 2011.

The winner will be chosen by a panel comprised of TBI staff and industry members, with judging to take place on February 1, 2011, at the TBI Offices at 66-68 Murray Street, Tanunda SA 5352.

The competition winner will be notified by February 10, 2011 via private phone call. The winner's name will be posted on www.barossa.com and associated TBI social media profiles on February 10, 2011.

 

Prize

Winners must be over 18 years of age to claim the prize.The total prize is valued at $4000.

Prize Description

    * Return flights for 2 people from the winner's nearest Australian capital city
    * Transfers to and from Adelaide Airport to the Barossa
    * Accommodation for 7 nights
    * Barossa food and wine experiences (minimum 1 per day) for each day in the Barossa
    * No spending money will be included in this prize
    * The prize is not redeemable for cash
    * The prize is not transferrable
    * Dates for travel are not negotiable

The Prize winner(s) will be required to sign a talent release form, so that any footage/images taken during their time in the Barossa can be used for promotional purposes for the Barossa.
