5. By entering this promotion, individuals agree to receive future communication from the Promoter.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

8. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries go into the one judging. All entries will be individually judged according to their originality and creativity. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Promotion commences on the 01/12/2010 at 9.00am. Entries close on the 04/01/2011 at 11.59pm. All times will be based on Sydney local time. All entries will be judged on the 04/02/2011 at 11.00am at Virgin Mobile, Level 8, 213 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060. Winners will be notified by phone and email using the contact details provided in their entry. The Virgin Mobile Members only bonus round entries will be judged on the 11/01/2011 at 11.00am at Virgin Mobile, Level 8, 213 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060. The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.

All entries received by Virgin Mobile Members and non Virgin Mobile Members will be judged and the best (1) valid entry judged to be the most creative will be the winner of the 'V Festival UK' experience valued at up to $8,500 RRP depending on date and point of departure. ''V Festival UK' prize is a trip to London, United Kingdom for 2 adults and includes: return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to London, return transfers, 2 night twin share accommodation in London (minimum of 3 star hotel), 2 nights in tent accommodation in Chelmsford, 2 tickets to V Festival in Hylands Park and VIP access to the Louder Lounge in August 2011. Dates of V Festival UK have not yet been announced. Prize must be redeemed to coincide with the VFestival UK Event currently scheduled to take place in August 2011.
11. All entries received from Virgin Mobile Members will then be judged in the Members only bonus round and the best three (3) valid entries judged to be the most creative will win a 'Sydney Rolling Stone Awards 2011' experience valued at up to $2,000 RRP each depending on date and point of departure. The ''Sydney Rolling Stone Awards 2011' prize is a trip to Sydney, New South Wales for 2 adults and includes: return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Sydney, return transfers, 1 night twin share accommodation in Sydney (minimum of 3 star hotel), and 2 tickets to the Sydney Rolling Stone Awards and on 20/01/2011. Date subject to change. Hotel accommodation to be determined by the promoter in its complete discretion. If the winner is a resident of Sydney the flight component of the prize will not be included.
12. Transfers to and from departure point, additional transfers, insurance (such as travel or health cover), passports, visas (if required), spending money, items of a personal nature, meals, drinks and snacks from the hotel mini bar and any in-room charges and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. Full details of the prize will be supplied to the winner following notification. The Promoter will determine the dates in which the 'V Festival UK' experience prize must be taken on, in its absolute discretion. The ''V Festival UK' experience prize must be taken the dates stipulated by the Promoter. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the 'V Festival UK' experience prize. 'V Festival UK' experience prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in.
13. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that the Event is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled or relocated for any reason whatsoever.
14. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be requested to present their credit card or a cash deposit upon arrival at any accommodation to cover all incidentals they may incur during their stay.
15. Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass/ letter, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass/ letter. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass/ letter that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the prize subject to the standard terms and conditions and guidelines of the accommodation venue and the activity service provider. Failure to follow the standard rules and guidelines presented will result in the winner forfeiting their right to participate in the said activity.
17. The friend chosen by the winners to participate in the prizes must be aged 18 or over at the time the winners claims the prizes.
18. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
19. Total prize pool is valued at $14,500.00 RRP. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
20. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
21. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
22 By entering the promotion, the entrant consents to receipt of any phone calls or mail regarding the promotion.
23. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
