TERMS & CONDITIONS

How To Enter:

Individuals will gain entry into the $1000 prize draw by:

* affixing a Hogans Hot Water sticker to their Hot Water System and posting in the completed backing paper OR returning the redemption card as directed on the card.

Conditions of Entry:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and immediate families of Hogan Hot Water and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

3. Only one entry is permitted per household.

4. Entry is open to households within the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and Central Coast areas.

5. Hogan Hot Water reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Only one completed entry per person/ household is permitted.

6. Promotion commences 28/10/2010. Entries close last mail 5pm on 28/03/2011. Draw will take place on Wednesday 30th March 2011 at 1/29 Groves Rd Bennetts Green NSW 2290 at 10am EST. Winners will be notified by mail or email and telephone and the name of the winner of the prize will be published in The Newcastle Herald on Saturday 2nd April 2011 in the Public Notices section. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.



7. The first valid entry drawn will win $1000 cash. Note it is a condition of entry that the Hogan Hot Water sticker be affixed to the entrant's hot water system. The prize will be re-drawn should an inspection reveal that the Hogan Hot Water sticker is not affixed to the entrants hot water system.

8. Total prize value is $1,000.

9. Any costs in excess of the value of the prize (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Hogan Hot Water shall not be liable for a prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions specified on any prize literature.

10. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

11. Hogan Hot Water is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the adminstration of this competition. Hogan Hot Water assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interuption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alterations of entries.

12. Hogan Hot Water shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is sufferred or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that Hogan Hot Water may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages.
