Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia who fulfil entry requirements as dictated in clause 3. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition.

www.Spendless.com.au and clicking on the competition link, person’s under the age of 18 must have the parent or guardian’s permission to subscribe to Spend-Less eNews.
Fill out the required mandatory fields
Answer the following question in 25 words or less in the space provided “Which is the best Spend-Less Store you’ve been in and why?”
The competition commences at 00.01 (AEST) on Saturday 8th January 2011 and closes at 23.59 (AEST) Friday 4th February 2011 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries are limited to one entry per email address. Participant’s email address must be a valid email address in order to win a prize.
This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on originality and creativity. The best entries as determined by the judges, will win a prize.
Judging will take place from 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday 24th February 2011 at Gray Advertising 78-81 Brighton Road, Glenelg, SA 5045. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Gray Advertising and Spend-Less. Winners will be notified by email and phone once the judging has been completed.
There are 10 Apple i-Pad 16gb with Wi Fi valued at $629.00 to be won..
The Total Prize Pool is valued at $6,290.00.
The 10 entries judged to be the best will win a prize.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of entering this competition, accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by you or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter can not be held accountable.
Once the prize has left the Promoters premises the Promoter is not responsible for late arrival or any damage sustained during the delivery of the prize. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to advice the Promoter of any change of their address details.
The Promoter collects your information to include you in this competition and will disclose the information to others who help us run the competition. The Promoter may also use the information to assist us in improving our goods and services and to contact you in the future in regard to our other goods and services. The Promoter may share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in performing the above or with another company which provides prizes for the competition. the Promoter does not collect you details for any other purpose than there own and will not on-sell your details to other agencies.
