Include your name, the suburb you live in, and a phone number we can contact you on when the competition closes at 10am on Friday, January 13. The best response will win the season pass.

2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 12noon AEST January 10 and closes 10am AEST January 18.
5. Prize is one season pass to Laycock Street Theatre’s 2011 subscription series worth $282. It gives free entry to one person to Tuesdays with Morrie; The Gruffalo; The Adventures of Alvin Sputnik: Deep Sea Explorer; Turns with Nancy Hayes and Reg Livermore; The Gruffalo’s Child; Capture the Flag; Breast Wishes: An Uplifting Musical; Rainbow’s End; The Man the Sea Saw; The World Premiere of The Wharf Revue 2011; and Plop!
There is one prize to be won in total.
7. The total prize pool for this promotion is maximum $282 AUD only.
8. Any additional expense incurred as a result of winning this prize is the responsibility of the winner.
9. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize to be claimed within the theatre’s season.
10. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
b. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
c. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
d. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
e. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
f. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; or unavailability of the recipient of the prize at the time of notification;
g. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
h. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participants or any other persons computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
11. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
